1989 Olson Olson 34 34' Olson '89 "Coracle" The Olson 34 has a well-appointed interior for a racer cruiser plus she is well ventilated with several opening ports and hatches. “Coracle” has been owned since 1997 by the current owners and has been out sailing in the San Diego area at least 3-days a week ever since they bought her. She is a delight to either double or single hand and she is quick and responsive. A real pleasure to sail with a large comfortable cockpit for entertaining as well.

1984 Olson 40 40' Olson '84 "Pohono" Olson 40's were designed as ultralight performance yachts. Easily driven in light air and capable of planing down wind. Comfortable interior make these boats excellent cruisers that can click off the miles. Pohono has had the keel area reinforced and a more modern IMX 38 spade rudder installed. 1983 Olson 40 40' Olson '83 "Ono" Olson 40s are a design "before their time". Still very competitive and sporty. 20 knots is common in these slippery boats. 1981 Olson 30 sailboat. Fast is fun! And this boat is a fast one. Great phrf racer and daysailer. New North Aramid Technora mainsail (used 6 times!) and brand new UK X Drive 155 genny (used one time! ) with a year old roller furler. This boat has 5k dollars worth of new racing sails on her. Spare 150 genny and a delivery mainsail. Two bulkhead mount compasses. Speed and depth on bulkhead but inoperative. May need new wiring from transducer. Cascading racing backstay. Powered by a Yamaha 8 hp two stroke which runs like a top! Tuned every year since first and second owner had boat. Spinnaker pole and symmetric spinnaker in good condition. New spinnaker sheets, new main halyard and new Dyneema spinnaker halyard. New spreader tips on mast. Porta Potti. Boat is ready to race. WILL CONSIDER TRADE TOWARDS LARGER RACER/CRUISER.

1999 Sea Ray 380 Sundancer Not your typical 38 Sundancer! Look closely. Not only has this boat been BOATHOUSE KEPT in FRESH WATER for the past 13 years, she got BRAND NEW CRATE ENGINES and Transmissions in 2010 installed by the local Sea Ray dealer to the tune of $60K! These aren't rebuilt 1999 technology, they are brand new freshwater cooled, Multi-port injected 8.1 Merc Horizon engines with Berg Warner V-Drive Transmissions. This is the same power and technology you would be getting if you were buying a 2010 Sea Ray for LOTS more money! As a matter of fact, they are still under warranty through July of this year! In 2013, she got brand new touch screen Garmin electronics (Chartplotter/Radar/depth and VHF) all professionally installed to the tune of $16,700.00. In 2010, the canvas was upgraded to Barrett's Canvas (the best on the west coast) at a cost of $11,000.00. The carpeting in the salon was removed and replaced with beautiful hardwood floors (even the hatches are done beautifully). Just this year, the owner replaced the generator with a new, much quieter generator at a cost of $16,500.00. In 2011, the owner replaced the original forward mattress with a custom (comfortable) mattress at a cost of $1,740. Basically, the owners of this boat (who have owned it for 13 years) have spared no expense in maintaining and upgrading it along the way to turn it into a much more modern, high quality boat than it was when they purchased it.
