1994 Olympic Northwest Walk-Around 24 1994 Olympic Northwest Walk-Around 24The boat is powered by a new with warranty 290 horsepower 5.7 Litre Throttle Body Injected (350 Chevy) V-8 coupled with the Volvo Duo-Prop outdrive that is just waiting for it's next owner to get out and break her in. Thank's also to Phil over at Nelson's Marine for your very quick turnaround time on the boats outdrive service. This also has a self bailing deck that has just been professionally replaced at the cost of over $5,000.00. The only difference between the stock deck and the current deck is that the stock deck had fish boxes built in that weren't glassed in properly to begin with. Now that has been remedied minus the boxes that just poached the fish anyway. It's also plumbed for a kicker with a bracket included as well. The electronics include JRC Radar, Garmin GPS, Fishfinder, VHF Radio and surely other things to be mentioned in the near future. The trailer is a 1994 Tandem Axle Galvanized Calkins (brakes need replaced). Cosmetically it's a high five on the scale of 1 to 10 and the wife yelled at me via email for mentioning this but really it's mainly cosmetic's and with the right person behind a buffing wheel here and a kicker motor for the next buyer this boat will be a solid, good looking fish killing machine. 1957 Dragon Class Olympic This Dragon was built by Børresen (Denmark) in 1957. She is now in sailing condition, having undergone a thorough restoration the winter of 2011 -2012. Details of the restoration are in Specifications.. Her history includes a very good racing pedigree: She was sailed to 4th place in the 1968 Olympics and she won 1961 Dulles Cup.
