Please call owner Julie at 206-778-7940. Boat is in West Seattle, Washington. Vessel is of express cruiser design. V-berth forward, galley and head aft to the port. Dinette is aft to the starboard. She has a large after deck with helm forward to starboard and copilot seat to port. Good hatch access to the main engine in the after deck. The forward portion of the after deck is covered with a hard top and enclosed in canvas. Self propelled by a single OMC outdrive Marine engine- Chevy 350, fresh water cooled. Exhaust cooling-raw water. Built by American Marine Industries of Tacoma, Washington in 1970. Vessel appears to be in very good condition for her age. Interior is clean and well maintained. Cabins sides and decks are in good condition. Bilge area is clean and free of contamination. Deck vents and blower, bilge pump, battery shut off switch, trim tabs, defroster fan, wipers, Red Dot, Ritchie compass, chart plotter, depth sounder, fish finder, brass bell, horn, life jackets, searchlight, Halon flame arrester. Livingston skiff and wood oars. Anchor, chain and line. 110V outlet for shore power cord. No Inverter. Propane Safari stove top and oven. No refrigerator. Roll top BBQ stern mount. 60 gallon gas tank, 30 gallon fresh water tank, no hot water heater. Propane tank located under co-pilot seat. Number of berths is 4. Headroom is 6'. Extra's include 2 Scotty down riggers, rod holders. Been up on blocks for 10 years, fully covered. New deep cycle group 27 Batteries need slow charge and flares expired. Engine has over 2000 hrs. Well maintained. R R Tune up parts is a great idea. New exhaust manifolds,gaskets. Engine has not been turned over for 10 years. Should have new zincs. Engine was winterized before captain passed away. Bottom paint provided before placing in water. Custom full width swim step and hardwood stepladder. Lots of updates on the interior. Galley headliner wood bead board, Hardwood floor in galley and head. A must see and lots of credit given to her previous owners. No trailer but close to South Park Marina for availability. Great family boat we used it to fish and ski on occasion. It has been reupolstered and recarpeted to factory specs. It has a color lorwance fishfinder. It was stored indoors at Lake Almanor when we lived there. We sold the house so we do not need the boat anymore. The boat has never been in salt water. It has low hours and no damage other than small wear. It has dual batteries with a marine isolator. we are the original owners. It is sitting on a dual wheel trailer. It is 20 feet long with a 350 chevy OMC outdrive. It has a standing bimini top.

This is a 23' Pierce, built 1981, but practically rebuilt across the last 3-4 years. Engine was new 2013. So many other new parts, too much to mention. Equipped with fresh water cooling. Engine is a small block chevy with OMC drive. Not sure if 305 or 350, sorry. The good: tons of new parts, well put together. The bad: sitting since fall 2013 (under shelter), owner/builder died unexpectedly so unable to answer detailed questions about what/when/how, etc. Pics taken Mar 23, 2015. We've been advised this boat should fetch around $3500. However, the family is not motivated to clean it up and market it for top dollar. With that in mind, $2500 firm, and you own it! You clean it up, charge the batteries, and figure out if there are any issues. Trailer included for this price. 8 hp 4 stroke Mercury outboard & tank available for $1000 additional.
