You are looking at 1998 (First registered in 1999) 31ft Larson Cabrio 2700 with VOLVO PENTA FUEL INJECTED 7.4L 360HP engine. This is a two owner boat. I picked it up right after engine rebuilt in 2013 and was gonna flip it to make money, however I took it out few times and fell in love with it. Starts on a dime, runs great, doesn't break the bank when you take it out, you can ski, fish, tube, cruise or sleep on it. Multi purpose mini yacht and for what it is and how awesome it is, I definitely think I'm giving it away. I wouldn't have spend all this money had I known that I was gonna sell it, but hey, at least someone will will enjoy it trouble free for years to come. This boat has never seen salt water until July 4th of this year when I took it to inter coastal to test it out. All together this boat has about 240 hours on it since new. Maybe 30-40 since engine rebuilt. All rubber parts have been replaced 2012 as well as full engine rebuilt (hoses, water pump wires...). I went ahead and did 100 hour service plus some extras (Please see picture 24). I paid over $2000.00 in maintenance and repairs in January to make is season ready and in the meantime we have done all other stuff (alternator, fuel pump, starter, belts, fuses, relays, switches… about $2500), I have invested about $10,000 in this boat so this boat does not need anything except for a new owner. The risers and manifolds were replaced in 2014 and still are looking new. In 2015 the owner had a new outdrive bracket installed and new alternator and oil pan, and in 2016 a new water pump. With safety being number one, this owner has done it right by being proactive on necessary repairs.THE SALON: Walking down the steps to the salon, to starboard you will find a privacy head area with a sink; shower with wrap-around shower curtain; EcoFlush head system; and storage compartments. Moving forward is a large V-Berth, storage locker; ceiling sky light hatch (with screen cover included) and a removable center cushion so that the large black corian dinette table can easily be inserted. The full galley with stove; microwave oven; sink; and ample storage throughout is located midship to port with the refrigerator located directly to starboard.
