The visiting and local consultant was very impressed with this vessel, the newer powerful engine makes this a great package for an avid fisherman. The boat is very clean and shows very well. The deck and hull are in very solid condition as well. Upon inspection of the boat at the initial visit, the boat looks like it is in good overall condition and seems to be in a condition relative to its low hours of use. The boat was in all original condition with no unusual alterations in its general functionality and overall original design. The Parker looks to be ready to go, and as reported by its seller, all systems operate as designed. Only has some barnacles on the lower end of the engine and a quarter size hole in the engine cover as depicted in the photos. This boat is in storage and FULLY shrink wrapped until the spring. 2004 Parker (Low Hours! Never Fished!) FOR QUESTIONS CONTACT: JACK 703-963-3663 or Pristine 2004 Parker 25SE. Rare to market 16 degree, 9.5ft beam center console with excellent build quality. Almost 30 feet from prop to bow. Never had a fish on it and a policy of no new screw holes. Generally used for putting around Albemarle Sound, it has been used almost exclusively in fresh / brackish water. This boat is very stable while still providing a good ride in a chop. Two owners, both USCG captains and the boat has resided in the same neighborhood since new. The boat has been well cared for by me and the previous owner (neighbor) and has never been damaged, repaired, or abused. The boat has no issues, is up-to-date on maintenance, and is absolutely turn-key. This is a big center console with the fuel economy of a much smaller boat. WOT is 40 SMPH with a tail wind. Cruise 24 SMPH at 4,000 and 30 SMPH at 4,500 light. WOT is 39 SMPH at 5800 390 hours on 2004 Yamaha F225. This motor has been rigorously maintained and has been scoped for the dry exhaust issue in 2012 and was found to have zero issues. 2014 service included oil change, lower unit, water pump. The fuel tank was also emptied and cleaned. Only non-ethanol the last two years. The trailer is a 2004 6,000 lb aluminum loadrite. Less than 200 original miles. Still has original tires so these should be replaced because of age for any long distance travel. Up for sale is my 2000 Hydra sports Vector 2796 with twin 2006 model year 225 Etec's and a 2012 Ultimate brand tandem axle trailer.Motors have just under 1100 hours each. New water pumps, new plugs, new on board and on-engine fuel filters, new thermostats, new hi-pressure relief valves, new exhaust pressure fittings, new primer bulbs. I also replaced the starboard exhaust adapter with the upgraded design. The port motor had already had the exhaust adapter replaced by the previous owner. Boat has been run on XD100 since in my possession. Compression is very even across both motors. Most cylinders are right at 120 psi.Motors run strong, sip oil, and do not smoke/stink like the old carbureted two strokes. Offshore loaded gas mileage is about 1.5 at 30-32 cruise and 1.1 wide open @ 50mph. Light dinner cruise (1/4 tank gas / No gear) is about 1.8 at 32mph. Boat is propped correctly and will turn 5600-5800 WOT depending on load.Recently replaced both thru-hull ball valves, transom zinc, dynaplate, washdown, livewell & bilge pump hoses.(2) starting batteries & (1) house battery, all less than 2yrs. old and hold charge well.Bennett ST16 trim tabs work and have auto retract feature.Igloo marine cooler included, fits nicely under leaning post.3-step swim ladder included.Front bow cushions included and vinyl is in good shape, I never used them. I think some of the snaps need replaced.Canvas console cover included. Some snaps missingFull (non-trailerable) canvas cover included.
