1989 Pearson 39.2 Decks have been Professionally Rebuilt. Blue Heaven is a fresh water Pearson 39.2 sloop.  She is a great club racer / cruiser that is fast, stable and very comfortable in all conditions.  This boat has many upgrades including a complete camper enclosure dodger and bimini and three-blade feathering prop.  She has been yard maintained and is in inside heated storage.  With her fin keel and rudder she moves well to windward and is fast off wind with her full masthead rig.
