First Light is a first rate example of a well maintained Pearson 35. She has been lovingly maintained by her owners and is available for sale because her owners have decided to fly south, forever. This is a turnkey boat that you will be able to sail for the rest of this summer and for many summers to come. Accomodations are very efficient and comfortable, the vee berth with filler and cushions makes a very comfortable forward cabin. Shelves for personal items are above and outboard of the vee birth. In the vee recess are drawers and lockers with a bureau to port and small hanging locker to starboard. The overhead translucent hatch provides ample light and ventilation. Aft of the forward cabin to port is the head with basin and stowage under the sink and outboard. There is a shower (HCPW) and a main hanging locker. The main cabin has a bureau forward to starboard with a small locker, top and bottom. The boat is designed with a pilot berth above and outboard of the starboard settee. The settee pulls out to form a single berth while the port settee pulls out to a tight double with three large storage compartments behind. Aft is the galley with a refrigerator by Adler Barbour to starboard. There is a sink, three-burner Shipmate alcohol shove with oven. There is plenty of storage for pots and pans, utensils, plates, glasses and condiments. Large lockers and an open bookshelf provide even more storage. White hull, gold cove, blue boot, red bottom, white deck, slate blue nonskid, varnished brightwork, double lifelines with port and starboard gates, stern swim ladder with teak treads, additional teak swim ladder, 2 cowl vents, large bow anchor and rode locker, forward and midships hatches in addition to main hatch, Lewmar #40 CST primary winches and inclinometer.
