Seller reports all systems working as designed and all maintenance up to date. The boat had a fresh bottom job prior to the Spring launch. Cosmetically and mechanically the boat is in good shape. Buyers are encouraged to make their own inspections prior to closing. Stock #356435 Well equipped classic Cal 35 MKII in very nice condition. Nice 1985 CAL 35 Mk II Sloop Cruiser in good condition with recent upgrades. This CAL 35 Mk II layout includes sleeping accommodations for six in two cabins. Aft of the line locker is the forward cabin with vee berth and filler, a hanging locker, and a drawer bureau with a large storage shelf. Just aft and to starboard is a large head with a separate shower stall, loads of storage space in outboard lockers, a marine toilet, and a vanity with a sink. Directly across from the door to the head is a large hanging locker. Moving aft there is a full-length settee to starboard that slides open to a double bed and a single settee to port. All cushions are 5" foam and the sole is teak and holly. Aft of the port settee is a functional galley with plenty of storage. According to the seller, this vessel is in top shape. Everything is functional and in good working order. Updated batteries and thru-hulls as well as other upgrades set this boat apart from the pack. All cabin features, stove, fridge, and more are all good to go. All electronics, with the exception of the single-side-band radio, are less than 7 years old. The windlass is a Loughren-Tigres model with 275' of chain and 175' of 3/4" anchor line attached to a 55' Rocna anchor, all dating from 2018. Propane lines were replaced in 2020. Fridge is from 2017. Stock #365153 RARE 1981 Niagara 35 bluewater cruiser, updated throughout, ready to hit the high seas! This Niagara 35 is a classic built by Hinterhoeller Yachts for open water cruising. Thoughtful use of available space allows for great storage space and generates a roomy, spacious feel belowdecks not normally found in a 35-foot sailboat. This boat was built like a tank for handling any reasonable seas. Another feature rarely found in vessels of this size is a manufacturer-installed fireplace / heater which would be appreciated on adventures to the colder climes. This boat had a bottom job in 2022. The boat is clean and well maintained. The exterior gel coat has no significant wear and tear. The cockpit was neat and clean. The standing rigging and running rigging appear to be in good usable condition. The seller is not sure when the standing rigging was last replaced, the running rigging was replaced within the past couple of years. The cabin was clean with no smells or signs of mildew. Set up for Single Handed Sailing! This Pearson 32 is ready for a sailing adventure. The boat has been upgraded and well maintained. The cabin is capable of sleeping up to six people. There is a forward cabin, an extension double berth on the port side, a single extension berth on the starboard, and a quarter berth aft. Recent upgrades in 2022 include Raymarine i50/i60 Depth, Speed and Wind Systems Pack, LED Deck lights, Y-Valve, new through hull for toilet, Jabsco Toilet Pump, and toilet seat. This 3-owner Offshore 40 Cheoy Lee is in good condition and has been well cared for. To protect the teak, she comes with full canvas covers for the entire coach roof house, cockpit and toe rails. The teak decks were refurbished in 2019. The bottom was last painted in November 2021. The complete rebuild of the Perkins 104-7 engine was completed by S&W Diesel of Wilmington, CA in September 2023. The Borg Warner transmission has also been bench-tested with all external seals replaced by Tom Harpur of Chris Craft. We have owned "Surprise" since 2011. We have campaigned the boat successfully on the Bohemia River and upper Chesapeake Bay. The swing keel draws only 4’ when up and 6’10” when the board is down, making it prefect for the upper Chesapeake. Last season she won the ERYC Bohemia Bay Wednesday Night Racing series and the Gene McCord Memorial Race. “Surprise” continues to be a fast and competitive racer. The 150 genoa is on its second season.
