1974 Ranger Racer/Cruiser A very well maintained racer/cruiser designed by Gary Mull. Most of its life on the Great Lakes & now being sold w/all contents & everything needed for a couple to go cruising. Being sold due to husbands terminal cancer diagnosis. Over $70,000 of improv. in past 15 yrs to include replacement of maststep & 3/4's of deck core , thru-hulls reinforced w/stainless plates, keel dropped, reinforced w/west system & stainless plates to strengthen keel bolts. Most recent improvements include new: Yanmar 3YM30 diesel (280 hrs) a/c,d/c refrigeration, propane stove top, upholstery & custom cherry/teak interior ceiling & high-tech battery charger. 1973 Ranger Yachts 29 This 1973 Ranger 29 ks sloop rigged. She has a fin keel, skeg rudder and a deck stepped mast. Her hull and deck are one-piece hand-laminated fiberglass with balsa wood cored deck. She has a gasoline atomic 4 inboard. She sleeps five in a v-berth and convertible dinette. She has an enclosed head with a sliding teak door, vanity with sink, and hanging locker. L-shaped galley starboard of the companionway includes SS sink, icebox, waterpump, Formica countertop, drawers and cupboard. Exterior and interior joiner work in natural teak.

1975 Ranger 28 Mod Back in its day, this was one of the fastest sailboats on the bay. It has a bunch of sails, low time Yanmar 20hp diesel, and is located at Coconut Grove Sailing Club. The boat definitely needs a good cleaning and there is a soft spot on the bow.
