The 2006 Regal 3860 overall condition is good. The exterior hull gelcoat was found to be clean and in very good condition with no scrapes, gouges, or cracks detected. The interior upholstery was found to be in very good condition with rips, tears or stitching issues detected. All systems work as designed per the seller. The 3860 has two staterooms, each with a solid pocket door and a full head. The dinette in the salon area converts to a queen sleeper. The Regal includes 3 flat screen TVs, one in the main salon and one in each stateroom. You want storage? The 3860 has plenty of it below and above deck. The galley is adorned with Cherrywood cabinets, a side-by-side refrigerator and a two-burner electric stove top. The cockpit features a double wide helm seat with bolster, semi-circular seating with cockpit table for entertaining and an aft L-shaped bench seat. The snap-in cockpit seagrass flooring is easy to clean and won't get hot in the sun. There is full side and aft isinglass to attach to the hardtop to create a full cockpit enclosure. Access to the bow area is provided through the walk-through windshield. A sun pad with a folding back support with canvas cover and drink holders will provide a great place for catching rays or watching day go by. The Regal 3860 is powered by twin MerCruiser 8.1 HO gas engines with closed cooling, V-drives for a draft of only 39" with low hours. If you need it there is a bow thruster installed for increased control when maneuvering around the dock. Additional accommodations include a Koehler 7.3E marine generator, a Garmin chartplotter/-GPS-radar, a Raymarine autopilot, digital depth sounder, and rudder position instrument. This boat is new to the market and the owner has spared no expense in keeping this boat in top operating condition. It is clean inside and out. In 2016 alone, new manifolds and risers were added, and the bottom was sealed and painted with 2 coats of Interlux hard bottom paint. While the boat was out of the water the owner also opted to have new shafts, collars and seals installed as well as having the props computer balanced. Other upgrades include 3 new High Definition Flat screen TVs with DVD player. Kenwood Bluetooth with USB port cockpit stereo/CD player, and new Uniden VHF radio. She is powered by twin Volvo 8.1(420hp) GXI engines with approximately 810 hours. This is boat is a must see as it is not expected it will last long at this price. The Regal 3860 is a spacious sport yacht. She has two staterooms with their own private head and shower as well as individual AC controls. The interior has a Maple finish. EXTERIOR On the swim platform is a concealed swim ladder and cleats. The transom has a storage bin, transom shower and stainless steel grab rails, hook up for the engine flush system, access to the dual Glendening recoiler system, and cable TV hook up. Port and starboard side on the transom are molded in none skid boarding steps. You enter the cockpit through the transom gate. The cockpit has L- shape seating with storage under them. To starboard side in the cockpit is a wet bar with sink and freezer. A new Bluetooth Kenwood stereo/cd player was added in late 2016. The upper cockpit has wraparound seating and table on the port side which converts to a large chaise style seating area. On the opposite side is a double wide Captain seat with bolsters. The Regal has a walk through windshield; the windshield is a stainless steel windshield with a center electric window. The upper and lower cockpit has a canvas cover with forward eisenglass four of the eisenglass windows were recently replaced. There is a helm cover and the vessel also has a full mooring cover, side hull cover, and foredeck cushion cover. HELM At the helm are all clear gauges, bow thruster control. The shifters and throttles are not pitted there is a tilt wheel and cup holders. For electronics there are Raymarine RL80 - VHF - ST6001+ Auto Pilot - ST60 Depth Finder, Raymarine Radar ENGINE ROOM Engine room access is under the lower cockpit sole; in the cockpit is an inspection hatch. 2004 Regal 3860 Commodore The 3860 Regal is a strong contender in the luxury cruiser market for those who want performance while underway and comfort while staying aboard. Built on a modified-V hull with a solid fiberglass bottom, her two-stateroom interior differs from other mid-range express cruisers in that a second head compartment is tucked into the aft staterooma convenience seldom found in a boat this size. Both staterooms come with sliding privacy doors (rather than curtains), and a hardwood floor in the galley accents the high-gloss cherry joinery in the salon.
