2005 Sea ray select, 21ft boat in excellent condition. I have researched boats like mine on sale and have an idea. It’s a 2005 Sea Ray 200 Select, 21ft boat. With only 85 hours or less on it! And is in perfect condition just like brand new and always maintained well. It has a MERCRUISER engine, 260.00 HP. The front is covered in the pictures but it seats 8+ people. And includes additional equipment such as GPS, cover, satellite stereo system, CD player, 6 life jackets, 2 skies, 3 ropes, 4 bumpers, manuals, etc. It will also include the 2011 (galvanized) Venture Trailer in perfect new condition. 1976 Chris Craft 26 FT Tournament FishermanThe hull is in excellent condition, no damage and still decent paint on the topsides. Could use a coat of bottom paint but I only ever used it rarely saltwater mostly freshwater/brackish. Smoothest ride you'll ever feel for a boat this size and layout. She's been Re Powered with twin high output PCM 302 V8s married to twin remanufactured Velvet Drive 1:1 ratio water cooled heat exchanged transmissions. Re power was conducted before I owned the vessel, I have the documentation, currently 300 Hrs each and many more to go, just broken in. Both transmissions received new prop shafts and cutlass bearings during the refit. New exhaust and hoses with hardware. Steering system has been rebuilt with new cable and hardware. Rudder stuffing boxes tight and dry. Both engines have just 2 hours on fresh tune ups including oil change, oil and fuel filters, spark plugs, rebuilt distributors, coils and a tuning of both carbs. Both engines run outstanding, smooth and quiet, they bump right over with ease and idle perfectly. The drives were both serviced with fluid changes as well. Two new large marine batteries were just installed including. New marine grade ignitions were replaced. The original fuel tank was taken out during the refit and a new corrosion treated aluminum fuel tank was installed plus lines to the fuel filter towers leading to the engines. ?A few items that need attention that I haven't got around to yet and possibly have can worked on for you are a set of trim tabs (vary $100+ depending on how advanced a pair you want), port side heat exchanger for the transmission needs replacement, small unit ( $85.00) and very easy to replace and a reconnection of the fresh water lines from the water pump to the thru hull intakes below which I may do before it sells. I had them loose to conduct an easier running tune up process recently via a garden hose from above. There also was an old speed sensor thru hull fitting that needs plugging, very simple. I removed it due to its obsolete nature and haven't got around to plugging it yet. Blower switch needs replacement ( $8) Middle bilge pump needs replacement ($26) The vessel is solid and ready where it counts but a great little project boat to continue minor work on. All the major costly systems are done so if you like tinkering and maybe a little painting that's all she needs. I have all the original manuals, reciepts and documentation as well as great aftermarket catalogs for parts you will need all included. ? Sale comes WITH the twin axle trailer. Four brand new tires were recently put on plus spare. Axle bearings re packed and checked. The entire hydraulic brake system has been rebuilt from the actuator to the hydraulic lines all the way back to the axles plus brakes. New tongue. New jack stand. All new wiring front to back with lights. ? Reason for selling is another relocation for work. This boat is absolutely solid and stands up to the Chris Craft name. They don't make boats like this anymore. Heavy duty boxed fiberglass runners, no wood to rot and any wood on the boats main hull construction is made from marine mahogany. Perfect lay out for a small local commercial fisherman or serious angler needing the durability. Outriggers and some heavy duty offshore fishing gear included with the sale. In fact, the majority of the popular high performance offshore boats being produced today clearly display many of the design features and amenities introduced by, and/or incorporated into this boat – notably among them are the double-stepped hull with staggered strakes, air induction chines and a variable degree bottom. Purchased directly from Virage Performance Technologies, this was the first production Virage 265 hull to touch the water. Designed by, built specifically for and to the specifications of the Company’s owner, for more than a year it graced the inside cover-fold of Hot Boat Magazine (two page ad shown), as well as Powerboat and other boating magazines as the advertising layout for the marketing and sales initiatives of the Company. It saw very limited use in demonstrating its unique features and performance capabilities to the prospective dealer network, the press, and a limited number of high-profile buyers. As such, it's loaded with all of the standard equipment (sales brochure shown) as well as MANY upgrades to increase performance, comfort and handling. Its fit, finish and attention to detail are of the highest quality. I purchased this boat “New” in January, 1998. Prior to shipping it was fitted with a new Teague Custom Marine–prepared TCM 509 package (740+ horsepower, 800 lb-ft torque – dyno sheet shown). This is the same as the power train that was initially in the boat and responsible for its remarkable test performance. Hot Boat featured THIS BOAT in its November/December, 1997 issue and noted the following: “The new Virage is …. a sweet-running performance boat without any detectable flaws or bad habits. The Virage rides on a custom, tandem axle Hoss Trailer specifically designed for this boat. The goal was to provide a low-profile cradle (for ease of launch / retrieval, and for towing visibility aft) while retaining the 8’6” beam for both boat and trailer (in compliance with the most restrictive State laws). The trailer track measures 100.5 inches from sidewall to sidewall, and the overall length of the boat/trailer is just at 30 feet. Regarding weight, the manufacturers' specifications list the boat (including motor) at approximately 4200 lbs, and the trailer at 1200 lbs. With respect to fuel requirements, this boat is set up for and will run comfortably all day long on 92 Octane pump gas (though my personal preference has been to always feed it 100 Octane fuel, recognizing its performance and storage superiority). As one might expect, this engine/drive combination is capable of gulping fuel quite briskly rate when passing the majority of other watercraft on the lake – the FloScan shows approximately 32 – 34 gallons per hour at 70+ mph. Reduce the speed to a comfortable cruise (in the 35 – 40 mph range), however, and the consumption drops to approximately a third of that, at about 11 – 13 gallons per hour. The engine has never been exposed to ethanol fuel, and during the time that the boat wasn’t in seasonal use, the fuel has been regularly drained and refreshed. Following its Drive upgrade, oil and fuel services, and annual professional "winterization" a few years ago, it was returned to its hangar and hasn’t gotten its feet wet since. While I have owned this boat for a number of years since new, the low hours attest to the reality that my collection of fair-weather vehicles – cars, motorcycles, boat, etc. – far exceeds the availability of fair weather days here in the Midwest. Due to the typically slow onset of Spring / Summer weather, as well as a series of unplanned, personal commitments, I’ve finally come to the realization that this, again, will NOT be the Summer that I’ve waited for. The Virage needs a new home and, at the very low "Buy It Now" price for a boat of this stature, quality and condition, it’s level of style and performance can be your's for a very small fraction of its cost of replacement. Cosmetically, the photos will attest to the condition of the vessel. The hull has seen less than 100 hours (fresh water only), and the engine approximately 70 hours. The original Bravo 1 drive has been replaced with a Max Machine Worx Hi-Performance Drive (to better handle the power and torque) with run-in time only. Stored in a private, heated aircraft hangar, it has been meticulously cared-for and professionally maintained since new. Finally, a couple of notes for the prospective buyer. The dual batteries in the boat were installed "as new" a couple of years ago primarily for storage (though they have been maintained by the on-board charger/maintainer and would probably serve the first season just fine). Additionally, as with any boat stored for even a season, the water pump impeller should be replaced (they take a “set” when sitting for any length of time and are routinely replaced every season or two at very minimal cost). Last, the trailer tires are dated. They appear to be fine (roadworthy, with no visible cracks, etc.), they remain fully inflated, and I would not hesitate to use them to trailer the boat locally or to transport the boat/trailer on a flatbed trailer. However, it would be recommended that they be replaced prior to any long distance on-road towing. If the boat is purchased using the "Buy It Now" feature, I will install four new trailer tires (so that you or your shipper can pick up and hit the road with confidence immediately), and will add a complement of boating accessories including a Fortress anchor and line; dock line and docking bumpers; new, quality brand name slalom and pair of water skis with tow rope; and a variety of maintenance necessities including a Winterizing kit. In fact, the majority of the popular high performance offshore boats being produced today clearly display many of the design features and amenities introduced by, and/or incorporated into this boat – notably among them are the double-stepped hull with staggered strakes, air induction chines and a variable degree bottom. Purchased directly from Virage Performance Technologies, this was the first production Virage 265 hull to touch the water. Designed by, built specifically for and to the specifications of the Company’s owner, for more than a year it graced the inside cover-fold of Hot Boat Magazine (two page ad shown), as well as Powerboat and other magazines as the advertising layout for the marketing initiatives of the Company. Originally dubbed the “251”, its model designation was quickly changed to “265” to reflect the evolving practice of incorporating the swim platform in the overall length. It saw very limited use in demonstrating its unique features and performance capabilities to the prospective dealer network, the press, and a limited number of high-profile buyers. As such, it's loaded with all of the standard equipment (sales brochure shown) as well as MANY upgrades to increase performance, comfort and handling. Its fit, finish and attention to detail are of the highest quality. I purchased this boat “New” in January, 1998. Prior to shipping it was fitted with a new Teague Custom Marine–prepared TCM 509 package (740+ horsepower, 800 lb-ft torque – dyno sheet shown). This is the same as the power train that was initially in the boat and responsible for its remarkable test performance. Hot Boat featured THIS BOAT in its November/December, 1997 issue and noted the following: “The new Virage is …. a sweet-running performance boat without any detectable flaws or bad habits. Stability and drivability are excellent at all speeds; not a hint of porpoise or chine-walk.”“… lit up the radar-gun digital image panel with numerals ranging between 84.7 and 85.1.” “In the always important acceleration department … was not less impressive. The Virage rides on a custom, tandem axle Hoss Trailer specifically designed for this boat. The goal was to provide a low-profile cradle (for ease of launch / retrieval, and for towing visibility aft) while retaining the 8’6” beam for both boat and trailer (in compliance with the most restrictive State laws). The trailer track measures 100.5 inches from sidewall to sidewall, and the overall length of the boat/trailer is just at 30 feet. Regarding weight, the manufacturers' specifications list the boat (including motor) at approximately 4200 lbs, and the trailer at 1200 lbs. With respect to fuel requirements, this boat is set up for and will run comfortably all day long on 92 Octane pump gas (though my personal preference has been to always feed it 100 Octane fuel, recognizing its performance and storage superiority). The engine has never been exposed to ethanol fuel, and during the time that the boat wasn’t in seasonal use, the fuel has been regularly drained and refreshed. Following its Drive upgrade, oil and fuel services, and annual professional "winterization" a few years ago, it was returned to its hangar and hasn’t gotten its feet wet since. While I have owned this boat for a number of years since new, the low hours attest to the reality that my collection of fair-weather vehicles – cars, motorcycles, boat, etc. – far exceeds the availability of fair weather days here in the Midwest. (As this is being written - today, April 24, tomorrow's forecast is calling for ENE winds off the lake at 25mph, gusting to 35, with a high temperature of 39 degrees and a 90 percent chance of rain. So much for “Global Warming”.) Cosmetically, the photos will attest to the condition of the vessel. The hull has seen less than 100 hours (fresh water only), and the engine approximately 70 hours. The original Bravo 1 drive has been replaced with a Max Machine Worx Hi-Performance Drive (to better handle the power and torque) with run-in time only. Stored in a private, heated aircraft hangar, it has been meticulously cared-for and professionally maintained since new. Due to the recent passing of a close family member (and the attendant but unplanned responsibility for the “housing, care and feeding” of an additional half-dozen vehicles), I’ve finally come to the realization that this will NOT be the summer that I’ve waited for. The Virage needs a new home and, at the very low "Buy It Now" price for a boat of this stature, quality and condition, this level of style and performance can be your's for a very small fraction of its cost of replacement. Finally, a couple of notes for the prospective buyer. The dual batteries in the boat were installed "as new" a couple of years ago primarily for storage (though they have been maintained by the on-board charger/maintainer and would probably serve the first season just fine). The bilge blower is new (safety first), but as with any boat stored for even a season, the water pump impeller will most likely need to be replaced (they take a “set” when sitting for any length of time and are routinely replaced every season or two at minimal cost). Last, the trailer tires are dated. They appear to be fine (roadworthy, with no visible cracks, etc.), they remain fully inflated, and I would not hesitate to use them to trailer the boat locally or to transport the boat/trailer on a flatbed trailer. However, it would be recommended that they be replaced prior to any long distance on-road towing. If the boat is purchased using the "Buy It Now" feature, I will install four new trailer tires (so that you or your shipper can pick up and hit the road with confidence immediately), and will add a complement of boating accessories including a Fortress anchor and line; dock and docking bumpers; new, quality brand name slalom and pair of water skis with tow rope; and a variety of maintenance necessities including a Winterizing kit. Used Sea Ray sundancer 300, been in storage for almost 3 years. The boat was completely power washed, winterized and covered, oil was changed and engines were fogged. Boat ran great and is very clean for its age. All seats are in good shape with no tears or seams splitting but do have mildew spots on the exterior cushions from sitting. Hull is clean with normal wear and tear, has 2 scratches about 4 inches long thru the gel coat(cosmetic) Updated throttle controls Needs front bed cushions or recover the original ones that are there. Boat needs to be washed and waxed and looked over as it has been sitting for over 2 years. ALL parts listed below and more are included with the sale but not needed, I just had a chance to get them at a great price so I grabbed what I could with the time I had. 2 extra outdrives good for internals and 4 extra trim/tilt rams Complete gauge package. Extra windlass, misc. parts from another sundancer 300 2 Extra carburetors, mercruiser engine CPU controls. None of the above was needed just got a good deal on it. Solid boat with extras, we just don't use it since we bought a RV. Great deal for someone wanting a sundancer. Check all other boat like this. This one is half the price, just as clean and with extras. Needs batteries ( I have 2 interstate marine cores) Boat is in the central NJ area and can be moved by several marine shipping company's for around $500 to the jersey shore area.
