1980 C&C Yachts 34, "Spirit" stands out from the other C&C's of the early 80's with her shiny black Awlgrip hull. She has been professionally detailed inside and out. She has a yanmar 2GM20 diesel engine that runs like a top and is extremely fuel efficient, perfect for motoring around the bay on those windless days without breaking the bank! From the companionway facing forward, the navigation station and chart table are to port and the galley, with stainless steel sink, ice box, and 3 burner alcohol stove/oven, is to starboard. The folding leaf table is mounted centerline in the salon. Forward on starboard is the enclosed head with shower and hot and cold pressure water. The v-berth has a double bed with storage shelves underneath and drawer/locker storage to port. Between the v-berth and main salon there is a large wet locker with zip opening. Aft of the nav station is a double quarter berth. 1968 CAL 34 CAL 34, 1968, Yanmar diesel, in the water and ready to sail, for sale in Stamford, Connecticut. The C William Lapworth designed Cal 34 is a successful cruiser/racer; 347 hulls were built between 1968 and 1975. This is one of the models that built the reputation of the CAL name and Jensen shipyard for strong, easy sailing classic yachts, built with integrity. CALs are known for their lasting quality, roomy interior, great headroom, and today are popular for live aboard. Baka is a fine example of this class. She sleeps 6 below in the traditional forepeak (2), main salon (2) and after berths (2). The head is forward, separating the forepeak from the main salon, marine toilet to starboard, sink and vanity to port. The port side dinette seats 6 or sleeps 2. The linear galley is to Starboard with a large top opening ice box, CNG 3 burner cook top and oven on either side of the stainless sink. Aft are two pilot berths great for sleeping in a seaway or entirely too convenient for extra storage. On deck, Baka’s keel stepped mast is not original though we do not know when it was replaced. Rod rigging and the roller furling is clearly also newer. She is tiller steering in a large cockpit. All lines lead to the cockpit. Decks are plenty wide to easy passage forward. Sails are Dacron, a little tired but serviceable. The Yanmar 3 GM diesel is a replacement of the original Atomic Four, again not sure when the repower was accomplished, engine hours unknown, which starts easily and runs well. Baka needs some cosmetic work both above and below decks. She is a good candidate for a live aboard and is perfectly capable of near shore cruising. She is a fine value at the offered price.

1957 Wheeler Promenade Aft Cockpit Camelot is a classic motor yacht designed by Howard Wheeler and built in 1957 by the Wheeler Yacht Company of Brooklyn, New York. She has been hauled every year since 2008 for bottom paint and minor repair at Pensacola Ship Yard. Records are available. . From 2008-2015 she has undergone a complete interior and deck remodel. New bamboo floors, new ceilings, cabinets, windows, and galley. The owner lives aboard and insures all systems are in working order. This two stateroom layout has made room for an on-board workshop and walk-in closet (hers). Both staterooms have Queen beds, closets, 32 flat screen TVs, full drawer dressers and accompanying heads. The galley is up and has new SS cook top, SS oven, full size SS sink, microwave, and SS 13cf refrigerator/freezer.
