This is an outstanding READY TO SAIL Sloop. Length 27 Ft , beam 9.2Ft, draft 4.3 Ft. Used in fresh water on Lake Huron and on Lake Erie. There are impressive upgrades and improvements aboard this vessel. A new navy blue bimini was installed new this year and not on the pictures, but comes with boat. The power train consists of a professional factory rebuild on a Westerbeke four cylinder self-bleeding 30 HP Diesel (80 hrs.). Oil changes can be done in less than 15 minutes!. The attached drivetrain is 100% new as of 2014 as follows: Damper plate, Heavy duty adapter plate, Z-transmission, Coupler, Drive Shaft, Dripless seal, Cutlass bearing, Zinc, Engine rails and Mounts. This drive train provides superior maneuverability, smoothness, and quiet operation in any weather conditions and quickly starts in warm or cold temperatures. The rigging is in excellent condition with dual back stays, six shrouds and furling forestay. The aluminum mast features interior lines and floatation, All safety lines are new with heavy duty ¼ in ss cable and fittings. Sails consist of a nearly new 135% furling Genoa (This is a high end QUANTUM SAIL with all the bells and whistles) costing in excess of $2k. This sail is crispy and white complete with Sunbrella sun guard. The main is a fully battened Ray Leonard with double slab reefing and is in great shape (no rips or repairs) and comes with a matching Sunbrella sun cover. Lewmar winches in good working order, CSI Flexible Furler, Boomvang, Cunningham, Travel Car for main sheet,CQR 20 pound anchor and 100 feet of rope with short SS chain. 2nd Danforth lunch hook anchor, Simpson Lawrence 600 Electric windlass with capstan and deck mounted foot switches, Standard marine radio, New blue sea systems AC and DC electrical panels and all new wiring throughout, including the mast, new Moore digital sonar depth sounder, Bulkhead mounted compass and speed log. The hull is solid hand laid glass in superior condition with new Groco seacocks. The hull was awlgripped a few years back. Misc: Transom mounted SS swim ladder, solid SS bow cleats, Cabin fan, Halogen and LED interior lights, Custom dinette, New interior Cushions, Cockpit cushions (open cell foam), Electric and manual bilge pumps, plug in shore power and plug in generator wiring, SS fuel tank, Solid Brazilian cherry cabin sole, Map table with storage, Panasonic SS inverter microwave, Butane stove top burner, built in icebox and ice chest, deep sink, New Sealand toilet with new 7 gallon holding tank, and electric pump water flush, two New water storage tanks and all new water hoses and deck fittings for toilet, Hanging closet , V-bunk cabin with locking doors. 1979 Carter Craft Safari 28 Sport Fisher, This 28 Safari is an amazing boat. It was built in the late 1970S by Carter Marine as this boat has cruised in Alaska and Baja California on multiple trips. (I have the original log books)It has a comfortable, roomy, open floor plan with galley, spacious table and separate head. Great for family outings and cruising. Plenty of room for family and friends. It also has a spacious cock pit and with ample room for fishermen and gear to fish (or crab) without getting in each others way. The previous owner was a salmon fisherman and spent many hours with friends pulling in fish.There is a new bimini cover and new cockpit cover custom made by the previous owner.This boat has a 165 gallon fuel tank for plenty of range with a 35 gallon holding tank and two 30 gallon water tanks. It has twin Volvo (Chevy) 350s (fresh water cooled 270hp each) for plenty of power. The boat was repowered with these engines in the 1990s and they have 900+ and 1100+ hours on them, One was used exclusively for trolling when fishing and shows the extra hours. It is not uncommon to see 2500-3000 hours on these engines with proper care and these engines have been cared for professionally for years. The engines are easy to access and service which saves in mechanic time and remote oil filters are so easy to get to that an oil change can be done while out to sea. The outdrives are Volvo Penta 280s with Dual prop set ups. Dual props maximize power while providing about 20% more efficiency than single props.The manifolds have been upgraded to all bronze and are much more durable than the ones commonly found on these engines. The carburetors are newer and the starters were replaced by the previous owner. It has hydraulic power steering, 3 heavy duty batteries for engines and electronics and two deep cycle golf cart batteries for the cabin. (This boat never runs out of battery power) all charged by 100 amp marine alternators. When tied up the batteries are kept up to charge with a 110 v battery charger when hooked to shore power. There is a custom marine AC-DC circuit breaker panel and battery switches to disconnect the batteries when away. An automatic bilge pump and manually switched bilge pump provide peace of mind. Electric windlass for the anchor, trim tabs, plenty of lights below, DVD player for evening entertainment, three burner stove, refrigerator, microwave, and new sound system give this boat all of the amenities. The hull is hand laid fiberglass and is extremely thick (12 hand laid layers at the keel and 8 hand laid layers on the balance of the hull). These hulls are comparable to a Tollycraft, another quality boat of that era. It was designed to be out in the open sea and is constructed to be able to handle whatever nature can throw at it. $13500.00

Beautiful 23' 2006 Airstream 75th Anniversary Safari LS with an AMAZING floor plan being offered. Lounge, TV's, Micro, Hitch, BEAUTIFUL! To say that this trailer is "clean" is an understatement, this coach has been used very little and is in amazing condition. The factory tags are still in the shower, the ink is perfectly legible and has never been smudged by water! The fridge still has the factory plastic cover on the exterior panel (it would be shinier if it was removed, but I didn't have the heart to do it), it will protect the aluminum finish if you decide to leave it on too, and the appliances show very little use (if any), NON-Smoker owned. The exterior is just beautiful, clear coat is gorgeous and it just got a fresh coat of "Walbernize" (polish).
