Condition: Boat is overall in great condition. There are a few bumps and bruises, but nothing horrific. I've replaced or rebuilt nearly everything, and now have to sell due to health reasons. Features: Unlike other boats of this era, it has some wonderful things built in. There is an anchor locker, a glove box, a walk through windshield and a step down cuddy cabin providing some actual head room. Also, the windshield is high enough to keep you warm and dry when the weather isn't so perfect. These may seem like silly things to mention, but most 80's Go-Fast boats didn't have these features, and you'll be thankful that this boat does have them! History: We are only the 3rd owners of the boat. The last couple had it for 20 years if that tells you anything about how this vessel functions and rides. It's simply amazing. The boat is well-maintained and in good shape for it's age. The jib is stiff and ready for use but the main is due to be replaced. The engine and transmission were replaced in 2016. Currently have 78 hours on Universal 23HP. Barb fittings for seacocks need replacing. The raw water discharge hoses need replacing. The hull appears solid with as expected scratches and slight blemishes. The head works but is no longer attached to direct discharge so that would need to be dealt with in order to use it. It is been set up for heat with a chimney installed but has never been used by owner. Stock #389664 Classic, well maintained 1966 Buchan 37 ready for fast sailing!
