2000 Sea Ray 290 Amberjack, I will add more pics and info on this boat when I get back into the office. If your looking for a cruiser for the lake this is your boat. If your looking for a beast of a fishing boat this is your boat. Has had 1 owner and spent its life on a boat lift out of the water and in dry storage during the winter. The galley is pristine. The refrigerator has never been used! It has all the bells and whistles. Generator (200 hrs), AC-Heat, Fresh water, Fishing package, GPS, Fish Finder, Windless, Bravo II drives, Swim platform, new speakers, CD player / bluetooth, updated navigation LED lights and in the bow, Ray-marine, navigation, Boat was just detailed and a new gel coat applied. 2000 Sea Ray Cruiser Amberjack, The 290 Amberjack is a Cruiser and Fisherman all rolled into One! She is ready to set sail powered by twin Mercruiser 5.0 EFI's with 424 hours. This 290 is equipped with a double helm seat, back to back lounge seat on the port side, Aluminum arch with rod holders, Live bait well and prep station behind the helm seat, and a removable seat mounted on the inside of the transom. Down below she has a double berth forward, convertible dinette, mid cabin berth, enclosed head, nice galley. I have used my F-150 5.4L 4WD to pull it on a couple 200 mile trips. The sliding tongue hydraulic brakes on the trailer work great to assist stopping. The boat has a 8?6? beam and is legal on the road. The 6.2L Mercruiser with the Bravo 3 outdrive gets the boat on plane quickly and at 5000 RPM it will run at 35 mph. It is equipped with digital throttle and shift and the Smartcraft Troll allows digital setting of trolling RPM (on my previous boat I hated the overshoot and undershoot of cable throttle control for getting the right trolling speed set).
