The radar arch was removed when They transported the boat and it has not been reinstalled. The generator is not operational but shore power and a/c work great. 1981 sea ray 310 sedan bridge in good shape has 2 twin 454 engines port engine just had manifolds and risers replaced both engines run good comes with microwave, stove, refrigerator.head shower. TV, life jackets, fenders,swim deck, new CD player stereo and speakers not installed the present stereo works good but was going to upgrade it with the marine one it will come with the boat .fire extinguishers windless anchor, radar, GPS,pictures were taken 9 days ago boat is now out of the water and winterized and stored for winter,, storage is paid till April 15th and will include free launch in spring so nothing to worry about moving it or you can keep it were it is at and just take over summer slip boat is located in N.J ,boat has all records and a complete log book was kept on it with all receipts boat had a 25 thousand dollar makeover done in the past will get the books and post year that was done new starboard engine was also put in by previous owner and is in the log book decks are good and have survey done and will post that also this boat will sleep 6 comfortably plenty of room for entertaining .it is really a beautiful boat for the year .this is a no reserve auction don't let it get away from you if you were looking for a large boat in good shape this is the one with out selling your house too pay for it .this would make a good live aboard .windows just replaced in the canvas

1999 Sea Ray DB400 Sedan Bridge 40 feet (44 feet with swim platform and pulpit), 15 foot beam, 40 inch draft, Canadian registered and flagged Main Salon, Dinette, Galley, Pantry, Day Head with shower, Guest Stateroom, Master Stateroom with full head and shower. I purchased this boat in 2009 and have been using it regularly to travel around Florida and the Bahamas Islands. All extant snags are listed in the Maintenance Log. The only major snag is the Westerbeke Generator has been removed and must be replaced. I have been offered a Northern Lites 9 Kw overhauled generator for $6000 so I will either have it installed, or deduct the quoted price from my asking price - your decision. This boat has been a great "Cottage on the water" for myself, my wife and our large dog - great for a weekend, a month or a full time season. We have had up to 4 guests for a few days or more while cruising the Bahamas Islands comfortably. Easy to drive and easy to maneuver in close quarters and on the open sea. 3.5 hours from Lake Worth to West End Bahamas. The boat is stored in an inland Marina, on the hard, from mid April until mid October since I purchased it as we travel back to Canada for the summers. That means that at least twice a year it travels through fresh water for at least 4 hours, giving all systems a good fresh water rinse down - inside the engine and out. All lights have been replaced with LED's so all lights on (at least 35 or more) draw less than 2 amps of current. This boat is clean and everything on it is in very good condition. I have kept comprehensive Journey and Maintenance logs so you can see all snags and trends. I am selling this boat because it is time for us to move up into a bigger boat so we can travel farther afield and I do not want to be a :two boat owner". The boat can be seen in water until April 15 and after October 15 and on the hard in between. Two Caterpillar 3116 engines with less than 1500 hours on each.
