2000 Sea Ray 460 Sundancer 460 This exceptionally well maintained Sea Ray 460 is located in Rhode Island. Heavily optioned and ready to go, you won't find this 460 to be missing much of anything, and in fact has some very nice (and expensive) options that are not available on other 460's current;y on the market. For instance, the hydraulic swim platform, reportedly a $30,000 option, makes loading your dinghy a snap. Lower the platform 3 or 4 feet into the water and simply pull your dinghy onto the cradle, lift the platform back up and go. No ugly davits to wrestle with or maintain, just lower, stow, lift and go. To make docking easier, this 460 has a bow thruster installed. The aft seat cushions fold down into a superb sun pad, or could be used for a double bed on deck beneath the stars. The layout of the 460 aft deck area just has to be seen. Room for plenty of guests to party the night away, while the Captain can still be part of the enjoyment (unlike fly bridge layouts where the Captain is removed from the conversation). The helm is loaded with equipment including 2 GPS systems - why have one if you can have two? Auto pilot, radar, sun pads for both forward and aft decks - see the pics of the convertible aft seat. This boat is powered by twin Cummins 8.3 CTA 450 diesel engines with about 1300 hours on each engine. She also has an 8kw Westerbeke diesel generator to power the multiple refrigerators, washer/dryer, and A/C, and when at dock, she has full shore power with a cable master to easily stow the cable away. Speaking of A/C, it is also available in the helm area for those hot, inclement times when you need to put the full enclosure on but need A/C while driving the boat.
