This boat appears to be in very good condition inside and out. The hull looks to be in very good condition from what I could see, with no major nicks or scratches observed, although it's hard to see with it in the water. The paint could use a good buffing.
Inside the boat, the upholstery is actually in good condition for the age of the boat. It does show wear, but there are no major rips or tears, and everything works as it should on the boat per the seller.
Some of the gauges work intermittently but all of the major ones work fine.
The generator and both engines run great per the seller, and so does the AC and heat in the boat.
Of course, we always recommend that any buyer inspect the unit or have it independently surveyed to confirm the unit's condition before purchase.

Well maintained 2001 Sea Ray Sundancer 310 express cruiser
This 2001 Sea Ray 310 Sundancer is in very good condition and has very low hours. She has been well maintained by her previous and current owners, and professionally serviced.
She's powered by Twin Mercruiser 350 MAG (300 HP each) Inboard V-Drive engines. The engine compartment is very clean for the age of the boat, and the motors have 725 and 735 hours respectively.
Stepping down into the cabin, the overall impression is one of light and space. A novel interior blueprint allows the area to be used to its maximum potential. Gone are the rigid, linear modules of galley, salon and berths. In their place is an environment with distinct uses, but angled and open, with one area blending into another.
Sea Ray's designers have rotated the forward V-berth towards the starboard side of the bow. The space gained on the port side is used to accommodate a clothes closet, a roomy head/stand-up shower combination, plus a larger galley that includes a dual-voltage refrigerator, two-burner electric stove, microwave and a sink in faux granite countertops. Additional storage drawers and cabinets abound.
Angling the double bed also allows it to be located further into the bow, leaving room on the starboard side for a dining area that comfortably seats four and that can be converted to a berth in a pinch. The upholstery is in very good condition.
Guests will likely sleep well in the mid-cabin. Tucked under the helm deck, the 310's mid-cabin is fully open to the rest of the cabin and can be converted to serve as a couch or "conversation pit." It's a perfect spot to read a book on a bad weather day.
Sea Ray has deviated from typical production cruiser appointments by using an understated, elegant array of fabrics, upholstery and carpet. The airy, harmonious color scheme enhances the interior layout, promoting an experience of serene spaciousness. Portholes, overhead skylight hatches and carefully located mirrors underscore the mood.
Topside, the cockpit features a bucket-style captain's chair with a companion seat alongside that will accommodate two or three people. A U-shaped seating area that wraps around a removable table fills the aft cockpit behind the helm, leaving the port side free for a walkway plus a sleek, one-piece, moulded-in-fibreglass wet bar with sink, sprayer and cooler. The open walkway leads directly from the swim platform to the cabin door.
