I AM SELLING A 2005 SEADOO SPORTSTER LE DI. I RECENTLY PURCHASED FROM A RETIRED AERONAUTICAL ENGINEER VERY METICULOUS WHEN IT CAME TO MAINTAINING THE BOAT. THE BOAT LAST RAN 3 YEARS AGO WHEN HE TOOK OUT THE JET PUMP AND COMPLETELY REBUILD IT WITH ALL NEW PARTS ADDING UP TO $305 (RECEIPT PROVIDED). HE NEVER PUT THE JETPUMP BACK ON DUE TO PERSONAL ISSUES AND THATS HOW I ENDED UP WITH THE BOAT. I HAVE ALL PARTS NEEDED TO INSTAL THE PUMP, SHOP MANUAL, NEWLY REBUILT JETPUMP USING ONLY THE BEST PARTS AND ALL NEW CLAMPS, ORINGS, RETAINERS, BOOT ETC, HE ALSO DRAINED ALL THE FUEL OUT BEFORE THE JET BOAT SAT. BOAT IS IN GREAT SHAPE, ALWAYS COVERED, ACCORDING TO THE ENGINEER BOAT WAS MAYBE USED LESS THAN 30 HOURS TOTAL (NO HOUR METER) THE HULL IS IN GREAT SHAPE, THERE WAS A FLOOR MAT THAT WAS REMOVED AND THE GLUE STAYED ON THE FLOOR. TRAILER IS IN GREAT SHAPE TOO, LIGHTS WORK GREAT, TIRES ARE LIKE NEW AND COMES WITH A SPARE. I TOWED THE BOAT FOR OVER 2 HOURS AND NO ISSUES WHATSOEVER WITH THE TRAILER. BIMINI TOP IS IN GREAT SHAPE, SOME OF THE STRAPS ON THE SIDE MAY NEED TO BE REPLACED BUT THE ACTUAL TOP IS LIKE NEW. ALSO COMES WITH 2 LIFE JACKETS, EXTRA PARTS FOR THE BIMINI TOP, FIRE EXTINGUISHER AND ANCHOR. SEATS ARE IN GOOD SHAPE FOR THE AGE OF THE BOAT. BOAT WAS ALWAYS COVERED. I HAVE IT STORED AT THE MOMENT, I AM NOT ALLOWED TO PARK IT IN MY DRIVEWAY ACCORDING TO MY ASSOCIATION AND NOW I NEED MONEY TO FIX MY WIFES CAR THAT IS THE REASON FOR SELLING. ***THE BOAT IS BEING "SOLD AS IS" I PUT A BATTERY TO IT AND TURNS OVER JUST FINE BUT BOAT HAS NOT RAN FOR 3 YEARS AND I AM NOT ABLE TO TEST IT OR WORK ON IT. This is a 2003 Seadoo Sportster boat with a Rotax 951cc carb'd engine. The engine has low compression in the rear cylinder (60psi) and will need a complete rebuild or major repair. This boat's meter shows only 70 hours and is extremely clean! The previous owner put gas in the oil tank thus causing the engine failure. The boat is being sold as-is where is. I can install a new engine for approx $2900 additional or SBT has these motors in stock if you want to do it yourself and save a lot of money. I sell a lot of these little boats and most 1995-1997 models sell for $4-$4500. This 2003 will make a great boat for someone that wants to do the repairs. or have me do them for an additional charge. 2004 Sea-Doo Sportster This is a 2004 SeaDoo Sportster LE DI, and is in perfect condition. Strict maintenance logs since purchase in 2009, 2nd owner. Boat has right at 80 hours runtime and pulls skiers, tubers and a full cabin at one time....very strong, honest 55 mph WOT. Little SeaDoo is easy, safe and fun for kids of all ages to drive. We live on Richland Chambers Lake so can prove water test if seriously interested and can purchase. Galvanized original Seadoo Trailer is also in perfect condition, no rust, solid bunks, with fresh tires. This boat has always been garage kept and never left out in water for more than a weekend nor ever stored in boathouse. Sta-Bil protected, never in salt water, flushed after each use, ready to go. Please view pictures attached. Have added Bimini Top, Optima Battery, Kenwood Stereo, all new bearings with Bearing Buddys. Boat includes original cover in great condition.
