VERY UNUSUAL, VIKING STYLE BOAT Viking style sailboat, 60 x 14 ft - replica of boats which discovered Alaska. This boat is big part of American history. It has repeated the voyage of Vitus Bering across the stormy North Pacific. It has been featured in many movies. This vessel is in a great shape. The owners are artists (look our site www.mpobo.com) and covered as vessel as a real house with the colorful wooden ornaments. She took part in a few Tall Ships Festivals in USA and Canada. It has sailed over 55,000 nm. And still going strong, ready for another 100,000. It has 150 hp Isuzu diesel engine that runs perfect, just 70 hours after rebuild. One ton capacity stainless steel fuel tank, 55 gallons water tank, and 36 gallon waste tank. Full set of sails included. Boat also has a Furuno radar. In one separate cabin it can sleep 2 people, in another 3 cabins there are three double beds 6x5.5 ft. It can sleep 8 people total, great as the houseboat for even for a big family. The vessel has fully equipped galley with the propane stove, grill, fridge and freezer, all cooking pans, skillets etc. There is also a head on board and plenty of room for storage. Brand new solar panel with new deep cycle battery. An inverter gives more than enough power for lights, phones and computer with internet. Also WI-FI modem and working internet. Mounts of pillows, blankets, tools, bumpers, ropes, cables etc. She stays near Key West on a dead, 1500 lbs., hurricane proof anchor, which is sunk in deep in the mud. Good dinghy and outboard motor. Recently we covered our wooden beauty with ferro cement, bottom, sides and deck. Now our vessel is even torpedo proof and has absolutely no leaks! The bilge pumps never turn on! All top cabins are wood and are decorated with carvings. Key West marina slips charge $1,500 to 3,000 monthly. Our expenses on anchor right now is $80 for dinghy dock and $20 for gas for the outboard. 10-15 minutes and you in downtown Key West. And every day you can catch and eat free fish! Our boat deserved to stay in maritime museum, but we cannot find one. We love dearly our boat, but now have decided to retire and give her in good hands. More photos and info available on request. For Tall Ships festivals we have regularly insured our vessel for up to $300.000, but for the fast sale only asking $80,000.

2011 Tiara Sovran VIRTUAL TOUR: https://yachtprofile.com/tiara39(Copy and paste this link into your web browser to view the virtual tour)  Attention buyers and yacht brokers, DOWN TIME is the only Sovran 3900 located in South Florida and she is among the least expensive Tiara 3900 for sale in the United States. The sellers have selected their next vessel and they are motivated to sell their Tiara ASAP. DOWN TIME is a well maintained 2011 Tiara Sovran 3900. This 3900 was the best deal available when the current owner purchased the boat in the Spring of 2015. Since that time DOWN TIME has been an ideal gathering place for family dive trips and cruising our local waters. DOWN TIME is powered by Volvos IPS Technology which simplifies boat handling thanks to the ease of working with the joystick. These engines are drastically smaller compared to conventional diesels which allow the builder more room for interior comforts. In the case of their 3900 Sovran, Tiara has built an aft theater and this innovative feature has been well received. In 9/2016 the boat was taken to a local shipyard for annual service. Service work included new bottom paint, Volvo IPS Drives were serviced and topsides were waxed. Please call to arrange time to inspect DOWN TIME in Fort Lauderdale.

1968 CAL 34 CAL 34, 1968, Yanmar diesel, in the water and ready to sail, for sale in Stamford, Connecticut. The C William Lapworth designed Cal 34 is a successful cruiser/racer; 347 hulls were built between 1968 and 1975. This is one of the models that built the reputation of the CAL name and Jensen shipyard for strong, easy sailing classic yachts, built with integrity. CALs are known for their lasting quality, roomy interior, great headroom, and today are popular for live aboard. Baka is a fine example of this class. She sleeps 6 below in the traditional forepeak (2), main salon (2) and after berths (2). The head is forward, separating the forepeak from the main salon, marine toilet to starboard, sink and vanity to port.  The port side dinette seats 6 or sleeps 2. The linear galley is to Starboard with a large top opening ice box, CNG 3 burner cook top and oven on either side of the stainless sink. Aft are two pilot berths great for sleeping in a seaway or entirely too convenient for extra storage. On deck, Baka’s keel stepped mast is not original though we do not know when it was replaced. Rod rigging and the roller furling is clearly also newer. She is tiller steering in a large cockpit. All lines lead to the cockpit. Decks are plenty wide to easy passage forward. Sails are Dacron, a little tired but serviceable. The Yanmar 3 GM diesel is a replacement of the original Atomic Four, again not sure when the repower was accomplished, engine hours unknown, which starts easily and runs well. Baka needs some cosmetic work both above and below decks. She is a good candidate for a live aboard and is perfectly capable of near shore cruising. She is a fine value at the offered price.

Since 1974 boat has been sailed extensively in California, Florida, and Texas. Boat was in dry storage from 1982 to 2011 as owner was living overseas which significantly preserved the boats condition. --Some additional website information regarding this classic design and model: The Meridian was Rhodes' pocket cruiser with his distinctive imprint. The Meridian's profile is virtually identical to his large racer-cruisers, the same beautiful sheer, the same bold bow, the same full keel and attached rudder. The doghouse is a bit larger, to get headroom. The Meridian has a proper self bailing cockpit and a proper bridge deck, both needed for safety. The interior contained all the essentials for cozy cruising. There is a full galley, a partly enclosed head, and a main cabin. Rhodes added four bunks by having the feet of the main cabin seats/berth extend aft, under the galley and bridge deck. Classic lines and effortless sailing define this Philip Rhodes design, a complete yacht by any measure. Overhangs at both ends give her a traditional look that never fails to turn heads. She is overbuilt and strong. $8900

It’s then thirty years that Gianetti’s family is dedicated to the construction of luxury boats. The company's philosophy has never changed in years; the main purpose is to sew the boat over its owner, as only an aute couture tailor can do. Key feature of the shipyard to keep a direct relationship with the customer is the family conduction and its historical staff, only few shipyard can offer this exclusive service. This guarantees an highly qualified after sale service by the real creators of the yachts. These years of working together gave the group the necessary expertise to deal with any type of design and also gave the foundations of today’s Gianetti reality. beside the two main lines, shuttles and sport, is the design of 100% custom constructions, the one-off line. All production is constantly monitored by the internal technical, at its headquarters in Viareggio, the heart of the company. Cantiere Nautico Gianetti has earned the place in which it, namely a flourishing artisan reality who has adapted to the market at any time, having the only intent of making beautiful boats and meet the needs of growing demand and quality-conscious and security customers. The future owners of a yacht Gianetti , not only have the possibility to customize the boat (thanks to the vast marble and wood workshop materials), but will test what it means the quality of a handmade product and authentic features characteristic which have always represented and always will represent the brand Gianetti . the Aquariva Super is built in the same shipyard that Pietro Riva founded in 1842. Note: price is in EU - some sites do not transmit price properly Overview the 33' Aquariva is the boat that may be more than any others represents the natural conjunction point between the past Riva and the one of the future. the standard layout is simple: A U-shaped lounge in the cockpit with a small table to hold drinks and snacks; a helm station; a head and a couple of V-berths below. Speedboat performance is provided by twin 380-hp Yanmar 6LY3/UTP diesels linked to two-speed electronic gearboxes. In the 1920s Serafino Riva started building motorboats and by World War II Rivas had set many speed records and won many trophies. customContactInformation More Than Just A Brokerage Company Assisting Our Clients With:  • Brokerage • Advertising • Listings • Buying • Selling • Trades • Financing • Insurance  • Captains • Sea Trials • Surveys • Detailing • CE Certification • Global Transportation  • Electrical Power Conversions  Licensed & Bonded Boats Cruisers 8536 PSN . the company was founded by Pietro Riva in 1842. We doubt many owners sleep aboard their Aquariva Supers. Because of the boat's speed beauty and the craftsmanship behind it the Aquarama was praised as the Ferrari of the boat world. This is what BoatTest.com says about the Aquariva Super. If you doubt that Riva speedboats are objects of worship among the yachting cognoscenti here's something that might change your mind: the Aquariva Super just 33' 0" (10.07 m) long costs upwards of $1 000 000 but after her debut in 2000 it took Riva just six years to sell 100 boats; the company celebrated with a special edition the Aquariva Cento in 2006. the business passed down father to son for generations. Own symbol of Riva style and elegance Aquariva has confirmed his own presence and his own success on all the continents exactly like the legendary Aquarama did a few decades ago today a cult boat for the worldwide collectors. His elegant and sinuous lines the presence of precious woods made at art the absolute details care come together with unique comfort reliability and performances for a motorboat like this. (Sarnico is about 70 km northeast of Milan.) He never left but opened his own shipyard building not yachts but ferries cargo boats and fishing craft. (In the past couple of months two more special editions of the boat have been introduced one created by Gucci the other by designer Marc Newson.) A direct descendant of maybe the most famous Riva of all the mahogany Aquarama the Aquariva carries on a boatbuilding tradition started 168 years ago when Pietro Riva arrived in Sarnico on the shores of Lake d'Iseo in northern Italy. 2003 Riva - Aquariva Super Location: Unknown FL IT (LOCATION: Italy) This Riva   Aquariva Super is a direct descendent of the legendary Riva Aquarama. This vessel is offered subject to prior sale price change or withdrawal without notice. Riva the man was a carpenter and joiner who traveled from his home on Lake Como to Sarnico to earn a few lire repairing boats in the wake of a fierce storm that destroyed much of the lake's fishing fleet. Production ran for over three decades from Aquarama's introduction in 1962 until 1996. Carlo Riva launched the Aquarama runabout series in 1962. Disclaimer the Company offers the details of this vessel in good faith but cannot guarantee or warrant the accuracy of this information nor warrant the condition of the vessel. Top speed is between 41.5 and 42 knots according to a Riva spokesman; we haven't tested any of the boats ourselves. Cruising speed is 36 knots and you can expect approximately 150 nm of range at that speed. the Aquarama's hull was based on the Riva Tritone – an earlier model speedboat by Riva which in turn was inspired by the American mahogany Hacker-Craft runabouts.  The Riva Aquarama is a speedboat model built by Italian yacht builder Riva...

"PAYMENTS" CORRECTION: This vessel is not for sale by auction. As such, the $2,000 deposit is not due until buyer commits to making the purchase subject to inspection, sea-trial, and out of the water survey if he so chooses. Said deposit shall be unconditionally refundable for a period of seven days. Payment in full shall be due upon close of escrow. HISTORY: Vaya Con Dios was built by the De Alm Shipyard in Holland and launched in 1992. The Vanderhoeven hull and superstructure were originally designed to serve as a North Sea fishing trawler. After many years service in the North Sea, and at the request of potential buyers, the the superstructure design was modified so the redesigned vessels could serve as a seaworthy pleasure craft for the boating public. Upon completion, her German owner sailed his new vessel from Holland to the Spanish port of Almerimar on the Costa Del Sol. I purchased her from the original owner in 2001 while on a circumnavigation aboard my Peterson 46, Black Rose. THE CROSSING: Having two boats but not wanting to make the Atlantic crossing twice, I signed on a South African crew and the four of us departed late in the season and towed Black Rose across the Atlantic by way of Gibraltar, Cabo Verde and the Canary Islands. Being in no rush and wishing to conserve fuel, we made the Atlantic crossing using one engine at a time, averaging 5.5 knots swapping engines every couple of days. We completed the 4000 mile crossing from Spain to Trinidad in thirty days. Upon arrival in Trinidad, Vaya Con Dios was laid up in the port city of Chaguaramous until the following season. Upon our return, we spent several months island hopping through the Caribbean and, after transiting the Panama Canal, we continued our cruise up the west coast of Central America and Mexico. DESCRIPTION VESSEL DRAFT: 6' 1" DISPLACEMENT: 47 tons. CONSTRUCTION: The hull is double-chined and double welded with the inside weld left unground for additional strength. The hull and superstructure are built with Lloyds grade A approved steel. The hull has a full-length keel with twin side-keels protecting the propeller shafts. Each propeller is surrounded by a protective ring of steel to minimize possible damage caused by such flotsam as fishing nets and lines. All railings, bollards, anchor-chain tubes, upper-deck ladder and water tank are constructed of high-grade 316 stainless steel. ENGINES: The commercial diesel engines were made in Holland with approximately 2200 hours on them since a major overhaul. They are massive in size and designed to run for thousands of additional hours. They start easily and run strong. I spend most weekends on the vessel and while she's been my "condo on the water" for the last twelve years, I run the engines weekly. TANKAGE: Fuel tanks- The main fuel-tank is located in the midships bilge and holds 1585 gallons. The secondary fuel-tank, holding 530 gallons, is located in the engine-room bilge just aft of the main fuel tank. The two gravity feed fuel-tanks are located on the forward engine room bulkhead and hold 100 gallons. Total fuel-tank capacity is 2215 gallons. Water tank- The stainless steel longitudinally baffled water tank has a capacity of 660 gallons. Holding tanks- One forward tank and one aft tank, each holding 40 gallons. RANGE: This vessel's maximum range is 4430 nautical miles running on one engine at a time at an average speed of 5.5 knots. Running at 8 or 9 knots with both engines will have a significant increase in fuel consumption with a corresponding reduction in range. FUEL CONSUMPTION: The fuel consumption was slightly over 2 nautical mile/ U.S. gallon. STEERING SYSTEM: Hydraulic ANCHOR WINDLASS: LoFranz GROUND TACKLE: There are two ship's anchors as seen in photos along with 300' of 7/16 galvanized chain. BOW-THRUSTER: A new bow-thruster will be included in the sale and installed prior to close of escrow. STABILIZERS: Hydraulic in need of repair. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM: 24 volt dc, 220 volt 50 cycle ac. GEN-SET: 13 kw Diesel Sole 220 v. dc 50 cycle. HEATING: Diesel furnace with radiators in each cabin. Water heater is 220 volts. WASHER/DRYER: 220 volt electric, front loading. AUTOPILOT: Autohelm 7000 ELECTRONICS: Furuno 48 mile open array. Furuno GPS. Icom VHF radio. LIFE-RAFT: Givens eight-man raft in fiberglass hard-shell case. DINGY: Avon Redcrest inflatable with wood floor. RECENT ENGINE MAINTENANCE: New transmission oil coolers and two new Johnson raw-water pumps purchased but not yet installed. There are many spare parts including an alternator, new engine belts, impellers, oil and fuel filters. Also there are numerous hand tools. INTERIOR LAYOUT: On the lower-deck, the captain's cabin and head are aft. Next is the large engine room. Forward of that are port and starboard staterooms, then the port and starboard heads, followed by the fourth stateroom at the bow. On the upper-deck forward is the wheelhouse. Aft of that is the port-side galley followed by the main salon and aft-deck. VESSEL LOCATION: Vaya Con Dios is located on a mooring at the Newport Harbor Yacht Club, Newport Beach, California. DISCLOSURE: The pictures in the photo collection are current except for the one at the yacht club dock and the last picture in the series and that is not Vaya's sister-ship.

DRASTIC PRICE REDUCTION. I NEED TO SELL THIS BOAT!!!! Hello, and thanks for looking at this Fabulous Cruising Sailboat. 5'6" draft. SHE'S BACK ON THE MARKET. WHAT HAPPENED? WELL, THE MAN WHO BOUGHT HER LIVES IN CALIFORNIA, AND THE COST OF MOVING THE BOAT THERE WAS JUST A DEAL-KILLER! I have reduced the price to the very bottom. Please don't take up my time and yours with silly offers (can you believe that once earlier I received an offer which wouldn't pay for the dingy and outboard?) This SPECTACULAR BOAT was built in the Philippines in 1984 when the cost of resin wasn´t so high, and super strong hulls could be made reasonably. Note the use of the term "sailboat" NOT Motorsailer. Although she will happily take you places under ample diesel power (at about 7.5+ knots at 2100 rpm), this Ted Brewer design SAILS WELL. REALLY WELL!!!! FULL ROLLER FURLING....Jib, Staysail, AND Mainsail. I personally have quite a bit of cruising experience, and it all came into play with the design and installation of the furling systems and the routing of all sail control lines to the cockpit. Not an easy task on a pilothouse boat! The jib is on the Famet furler that came with the boat, and it works fine. There are 2 jibs....you might call them yankees..... identical. So, they can both be set on the Famet furler for downwind sailing. One is brand new, the other is in great condition... The mainsail (recut laminated sail in EXCELLENT condition) and club footed staysail (brand new) are happily mounted on their NEW Alado furlers. Being that all sail handling lines are led to the cockpit, this also will increase the life expectancy of the teak decks by not having to go on deck to set or furl sails. PERFECT boat and perfectly set up for one person or a couple. Stable, built tough, and super equipment make this a super cruising boat. US Documented. This might be a good time to have a discussion about the construction. Like most boats built in this time period, the decks are plywood core. There are many stories about problems with them. This boat has no issues with this. I have drilled many holes in the process of mounting all of the blocks and deck organizers and cutouts for the new electric windlass and washdown pump, and have not run into ANY wetness or any other sign of problems in the core. The previous owner spent a long time completely refastening and recaulking the teak decks, and they should give many more years of service (enhanced by the cockpit sail handling as stated earlier). Here is a partial list of the goodies that are included, and it will be impressive. From stem to stern: Original Famet furler. 2 anchors, 1 Bruce, 1 plow, both with new rodes, specific to the new Powerwinch 40 which has its own battery and charger. Seawater washing system with deck access. New staysail with new boom and fittings (it's self-tacking so you don't need to mess with it when tacking). Mast has been painted and mast steps installed. ALL NEW RUNNING RIGGING.....EVERYTHING: all sheets and halyards. Heavily-built ss fittings for the roller furling mainsail. All new blocks and deck organizers. 2 new winches, Lewmar ST, and the existing Barlow 26's have new Winchmate self-tailers installed. We put brass half-oval rub rail on the outer part of the caprail and on the rubrail. 1 yr old SeaEagle 8' dinghy with BRAND NEW (never started) Tohatsu 5 hp 4 cycle outboard motor. Outboard motor bracket on stern rail. 32 mile Faruno radar/chartplotter w/new chip for East Coast US. RayJeff autopilot, compass or wind direction. VHF. Westerbeke 55C with about 400 hours........very quiet and economical. Hot water by either shore power or engine heat. 5000 watt power converter (never installed). Sophisticated systems for fuel filtering/polishing, oil changing, and bilge pumping. 8 golf cart Batteries. New head. I'll try describing the floorplan (which is not standard): head/shower in forepeak, main cabin with long single berths both sides, convertible very large berth aft port side main cabin, convertible settee/double berth in pilothouse. I would change one of the single berths in the main cabin to a reading area with 2 chairs and a table (easily done). 120 Gal fuel, 90 gal water. The boat is listed with a broker in Annapolis, MD. If it is sold on eBay, I will pay the broker's commission. Health issues forcing sale (like bad hip and knee). GO ANYWHERE! GO TOMORROW! She passed a strict survey when I bought her last year. No blisters. No soft spots and no water content aside from the rudder which had a very small amount. The fix was to drill a few holes in the bottom of the rudder and let it dry for the time she was hauled out, and cover the holes. Done. The past owner lived aboard all year in New England. The result was condensation inside the pilothouse windows. The woodwork in the pilothouse needs to be refinished. I am not going to do it.......because if I paint it, you would rather varnish it, and if I varnish it, you would rather paint it. There are a few things that any seller would rather not have to wrestle with.......and I complicate the matter because I am not there. For the most part, they are simple and not anything major. There is a small leak in the port aft pilothouse window......a small bit of caulking should cure it. There is a leak around the mast partners......caused, I think, by some open grain in the teak exterior trim. There is a slow leak in the aft water tank.......probably a hose or fitting.....but I never had a chance to look into it. The masthead sending unit for wind speed/direction needs to be replaced. I bought it last year, and it has a 2 year warranty, and I will intervene in the process if necessary. The interior trim ring for the mast needs to be cut and repositioned. A Dremel tool and 1/2 hour and it will be solved. I used a piece of cedar shipyard blocking when I installed the Powerwinch 40 electric windlass..it should be replaced with a chunk of teak. The oven does not work....usually this is a simple and inexpensive thing to have fixed, the most difficult part being finding the person to fix it. Once you find the repairman, it is usually an inexpensive repair. Honestly, I can't think of anything else that needs attention. A GREAT BOAT that only needs an owner that appreciates her. She turns heads wherever she is! I expect a $2000 deposit by Paypal within 3 days of the sale, and full payment within 2 weeks.
