Riversong is a 1986 Hunter 28.5’ shoal draft sailboat that is ready for day sailing or extended coastal cruising! She has a very well appointed cockpit with a Raymarine ST6002 wheel autopilot, Raymarine e7 touchscreen chart plotter with wifi, Rule Aqua compass, and more. The bimini and dodger will keep you shaded from the sun and have zip in sections to keep you dry when it rains. Swing out speaker so you can listen to music while you swim and a ladder to get you back on-board. She has an anchor with plenty of rode to keep you in place. Down below you will find a full galley with stainless sink, alcohol 2 burner stove, cooler, microwave, 1000 watt inverter, and huge dual voltage refrigerator. The salon features fold out table, seating for 6, a television with boosted antenna, dvd player, am/fm cd player with bluetooth. She can sleep 4 comfortably (2 in the v-berth and 2 in the quarter berth), or 6 if you use the salon benches. The rear quarter berth has a hanging closet and drawers. There is tons of storage everywhere. The bathroom has a sink, shower (with hot water heater), and an electric flush head. There is a big hanging closet in the head as well. There’s even a wine rack under the v-berth for storing the most important of provisions. You can enjoy all of this in the nice cool air-conditioning provided by the on-board Mermaid A/C unit. Her sails are in great shape. She comes with a main sail (with 2 reefing points) and roller furl working jib (130%). The main sheet, main halyard, and topping life were replaced in 2014. The winches are 2 speed and in great shape. She also has whisker and spinnaker poles, but no sails to go with them. Her iron jib is a Yanmar 2GM20F in great shape. The fuel pump and starter were just replaced in 2014. The house battery is also brand new, as is the dual battery charging system. She comes with many other little things like a handheld VHF radio, extra winch handles, extra line, 30 amp shore cable, hoses, etc. I will have her bottom cleaned prior to taking delivery. HAVE A 1979/80 36' ALLIED PRINCESS KETCH FOR SALE, WITH MANY, MANY UPGRADES TO TAKE YOU OFFSHORE IN COMFORT AND SAFETY. FOR THOSE THAT ARE LOOKING FOR A SOLID OFFSHORE VESSEL THIS IS WORTH CONSIDERING. I HAVE A 9 PAGE DETAILED SPEC SHEET AND 24+ PHOTO'S AVAILABLE. FEEL FREE TO CONTACT ME VIA EMAIL AND I WILL BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO SEND THEM.   About the Allied Princess: She is a robust character ketch that does not pretend to be anything other than a simple, comfortable cruising boat. In truth, it is a boat only a cruiser could love. Designed by Arthur Edmunds and first introduced in 1972, the Princess enjoyed a 10-year production run during which about 140 hulls were built, which likely makes it the most successful boat produced by Allied during its 22 years of existence (1962-84). Of all the boats Allied built–including the Luders 33, sailed by the famous boy-cruiser Robin Lee Graham; the Seawind 30, first fiberglass boat to circumnavigate; and the Princess is the one that still commands the most loyal following among modern cruising sailors. Though the Princess is undeniably a chunky craft, it is not unattractive. Its somewhat exaggerated sheer line leads up to a high bow, but blends nicely with its moderate overhangs and shoal-draft cutaway full keel. The boat’s performance under sail, though is smooth and steady. The Princess is a bit beamy for a vessel of its vintage, and this combined with the shallow keel and modestly sized ketch rig makes it slow to windward but when the seas kick-up and other light weight boats seek shelter the Princess comes into her own. A ketch-rigged Princess is very versitle and will sail best on a reach. The long keel tracks well, the ketch rig is easy to balance, and together with the non-reversing worm-gear steering found on most Princesses, makes it very easy to leave the helm unattended for long periods. The boat rarely buries its rail, and otherwise has a comfortable motion in a seaway. As with all boats built by Allied, construction is very strong and simple. The Princess hull is solid hand-laid fiberglass–24-ounce woven roving and mat with a surface layer of cloth under the gel-coat–with thicker laminate at the turn of the bilge and down low around the keel. The ballast is lead, glassed over and encapsulated within the keel. The deck is balsa-cored. All bulkheads are tabbed directly to the hull. The rudder stock, impressively, is bronze. For coastal or offshore cruising the Princess is certainly one that deserves a look, she will take you anywhere you want to go in comfort and safety. It will serve admirably, too, as a coastal cruiser in any deep-water locale, as long as you aren’t too worried about getting places in a hurry. With its stout construction and easy motion it is also a good candidate for blue-water cruising. I am the third owner of the Princess, owner #1 was a doctor whom kept the boat in Va. On the hard 6mos out of the year, owner #2 bought the boat in 98 and cruised until 2000 when I purchase the boat and have had her since doing most of the up-grades.

Compac 23 sailboat w/ 2 axle trailer, motor and custom interior. The Com-Pac 23 is a highly respected trailer-able, ramp- launch-able pocket cruiser. Sleeps 4 adults, has accomodations for extended cruising vacations, and the flexibility of being trailered home afterwards. Small galley with pump water, small head with porta-potti. Features a NACA foil shaped shoal draft keel and outboard rudder, she handles rough seas with grace and style. 6 opening bronze ports and hand built yacht-like interior make this boat a proper mini- yacht. I've owned this one for 8 years, and it features a new interior: teak, mahogany and maple over 3/4" closed cell foam insulation. New wiring, breaker panel, Hummingbird GPS/ chart plotter/ sonar, Cd/ radio, VHF, LED/ fluorescent lighting. Electric start Nissan 9.9 hp OB, recently serviced impeller, tune-up. Tabernacle mast w/ Stainless Steel strut system, allows easy mast stepping even in windy conditions. There is still some detail work going on (interior trim mostly), but it's ready to sail and trailer most anywhere. CDI flexible furler with recent 120% jib sail. Main sail in useable shape; not overly stretched, torn or dirty. Heavy duty twin axle trailer w/ surge brakes, good tires and new bunks. New equalizer hitch. Recent paint, wiring, brake hydraulics. Trailered across the country with no issues. This is a good pocket cruiser type sailboat, with good stability, speed and reasonable comfort. Limited headroom (under 5'), but lengthy, comfortable berths (7'). I've sailed it under stressful conditions (20+ knots, rough seas), and made it home smiling. I can't think of a more enjoyable trailerable (and I've owned 6); stability, comfort, speed and portability are all well balanced and deliberate. Possible trade considered. Please call with questions. Patrick: 503-702-7104

1975 Irwin 30 SailboatThis is a classic cruiser class racer that has been through a recent refurbishment. The previous owner had used it as a racing day sailor before we bought it in the Winter of 2013 when we began a rehab of the boat to bring it back to cruising condition. The boat has strong bones and the making of a great family cruiser with off shore capability. We launched the boat in January 2014 and lived aboard for three weeks before putting it on the hard again and heading back to our Northern home. The hull is in fantastic shape, please see the improvements below. It is ready to launch with new bottom paint and every below the water line through hull replaced (including prop shaft and stuffing box). Our personal situation does not allow us to see the project to completion but the big stuff has been taken care of. This is a chance to pick up a great boat at a blow out price. The photos of the boat on the hard and the interior were taken on April 2nd, 2015. The outside of the boat needs to be washed but I can assure you the bottom paint is virtually brand new and the top sides clean up really well. The sailing photo is from January 2014.4' shoal draft with an additional center board that increases the draft to 7'25hp Westerbeake Universal engine (only 25 hours after rebuild)30' in length2 head sails (older jib and brand new genoa)Roller furling1 main with sail cover2 Anchors and anchor chainStanding rigging and running rigging in good shape but unknown ageTravelerTiller steering / large cockpitDepth finderBiminiLife jacketsJanuary 2014 upgrades:New bottom paint (ablative) only in the water 3 weeks after applicationNew interior upholsteryInstalled rebuilt Westerbeake Universal 25hp diesel inboard engineNew galley counter tops (marine mahogany)Preliminary sanding and prep of cockpit wood workingJanuary 2013 upgrades:New side and top deck windows New prop shaft & stuffing boxReplacement of all through hullsRemoval of original head and V-berth sink to make for more storageReplacement of cockpit drainsCurrently the boat is ready to launch but is in "camping" condition. No interior electrical lighting, no head, limited running lights. With a little electrical work the boat would be in great shape. We just ran out of time. If you are looking for a polished turn key boat this is not the one for you. BUT, this is not a massive project boat. For someone with a little bit of time and elbow grease she would be a fantastic investment. Once the finishing touches are applied, this boat could sell for $15k +.The boat is currently on the hard at Charlotte Harbor Boat Storage and is available for viewing by appointment. Please message me with any additional information needed.

Beautiful, generously equipped and meticulously cared for freshwater J46 owned by senior couple. Used only for day sailing and minimal light cruising in northern Lake Michigan, Lake Huron and Lake Charlevoix for only 12 four month seasons (was not launched in 2012 and 2013). Always kept in inside heated storage when not in the water for the four month summer season. It is in pristine condition. J/46 may be the only investment grade sailing yacht of its size not requiring professional crew to sail at designed performance levels…..or to maintain. Two people can easily manage her upwind and down to achieve the same 8 knot passage-making speeds under sail that is possible when motoring with 76hp diesel auxiliary. The joy of sailing the perfect boat is, after all, a goal we believe every owner ultimately seeks. To insure that good sailing days are spent sailing rather than scrubbing and varnishing, J/46 is designed to be virtually maintenance-free. Her exquisite joinerwork is protected from the sun……below decks where it’s beauty can be preserved More photos available in this link: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1QEllizB6x4FKTe3kGwlbjYaLgJMrQEg8x6PdVtIa14Y/pub Factory Options: Refrigeration Package: -Seafrost Mechanical Refrigeration.-Additional Plates & controls for Freezer.-Supplementary 110VAC Shore power Assist. Helped by new materials and techniques, they evolve from the joint experiences of designer, builder and owners to become state-of-the-art. J/46 is such a vessel, inheriting the proven hull shape of the J/44, an offshore blue water classic, having won the Fastnet, Sydney-Hobart, NYYC Queen’s Cup and Trans-Atlantic races. J/44 is the only Class of yacht ever to be given its own class start by the Cruising Club of America in the Newport-Bermuda Race. To create the J/46, a foot of sailing length is added for speed; a transom swim/boarding platform for convenience; a carbon fiber mast and low VCG 6.2’ shoal draft keel for more stability; and a resin-infused, composite hull and deck for greater strength. Below decks, the choice was clear, use the same beautifully varnished cherry or teak joiner work, entertainment center and styling so highly acclaimed in our deluxe J/160. J/46 is a maxi-Ditch yacht, the tallest yacht that can fit under the bridges of the Intra-Coastal WWaterway. Yet she is non-intimidating. A high length-to-beam ratio on the waterline of this sea-kindly yacht significantly improves tracking offshore in large waves and makes sail plan balance less critical. J/46 sails with either main or jib only, always responding predictably to a light touch on the helm. Sail power with good stability allows cruising with working jib rather than large genoa. That’s less work for the crew and improved visibility for the person on the helm. J Boats’ unique spinnaker system makes downwind sailing possible for two. A modern asymmetric spinnaker attaches to the top of the anchor roller, is contained within a cockpit-controlled snuffer, and is stored, ready-to-use, in the bow locker. The spinnaker is hoisted to the masthead, 2’ above the headstay intersect, leaving space for the snuffer to shift on a jibe. Jibing is then easy. One simply lets off one spinnaker sheet and pulls in the other.

This 1977 Endeavour 32 sloop has normal wear & tear for a vessel this age. It's been on the hard for about a year. The seller lived on it and used it regularly the summer before. At that time the engine ran strong, and the boat sailed nicely. The seller was in the process of updating the boat, but life has him moving in different directions now, and wishes to let someone else enjoy the boat. Stock #375878 ***SALE PENDING*** Endeavour 32 sailboat with new paint on deck and hull, Recent Main and Genoa sails! Get ready to cruise the world in this classic design 1977 Endeavour 32! The Endeavour 32 was the first boat from Endeavour and was actually the same basic hull as the earlier Irwin 32 with modifications by Dennis Robbins, the in-house designer for Endeavour at this time. She was originally designed as a dual-purpose cruiser-racer. A nice, clean, conservative, and comfortable design for cruising. The hull is molded as a single unit of a combination of polyester resin and fiberglass. The exterior finish is pigmented gelcoat and molded into fiberglass. The keel is molded integrally with the hull and all ballast is contained inside. The keel is the shoal keel with a max draft of 4'-2". The interior layout is typical with a V-berth forward, the head (to port), and lockers (starboard) dividing it from the main salon area which has a fold-up dining table. The port side settee pulls out to create a double berth, the starboard is a single, and Aft to port is a pilot berth To the starboard is the galley which consists of the sink, refrigerator, and oven. The electrical panel is located immediately under the companionway, and the stairs remove to allow access to the engine. There are 10 opening ports and two large deck hatches. The engine is the reliable Yanmar 2GM and the propeller shaft is made of 1" stainless steel, she has a dripless shaft seal and Max-Prop prop. The sail inventory consists of a newer main sail and rolling furling headsail. A lot boat for the buck, she's ready for the open seas. Looking for offers! Reason for selling is does not use enough.
