I have changed the engine and outdrive oil with mercruiser synthetic oil this year when it was taken out of winter storage about one month ago. It has a low 165 hours on the factory installed hour meter. Let me just say I have owned Cobalt Four Winns and this one and have rode in pretty much every top of the line boat made. I can honestly say this is the nicest riding best looking good sounding 21 foot boat you are going to find, Period. Its the best deal on the internet for the price and just one ride in this baby will kick start your heart like a Montley Crew concert at your local walmart parking lot. It has all options that these boats were avaliable with. I will try to name them all but I know I will forget some of them. It has an upgraded 300hp 350Mag engine with an alpha 1 outdrive and a new custom prop to match the boats driveline that offers excellent holeshot for towing wakeboards and fuel economy while still hitting a top speed of above 50mph. The capitans call exhaust makes sure your heard as well as seen. The stereo is a Sony marine unit that has a cd player and an auxillary ipod input. It also haS a USB port for jump drives to be linked so all your favorite downloaded songs can be brought along. The speakers and amp system itself is a force to be wreckoned with as the 4 Memphis Marine 6.5" speakers try to drown out the bass that comes from the custom ported box that houses a 12" woofer. The sub literally shakes the boat as its pounding out your favorite tunes that can be clearly heard for at least a hundred yards or so even with the capitans call exhaust singing at full song. Both wakeboarders and passengers alike will enjoy the factory Crownline wakeboard tower with a heavy duty black fabric bimini top with a stainless frame that makes a day in the sun bearable. The sun deck is great for laying out and has a tilt up headrest that also folds up to allow access to the cabin without those pesky little shoes stepping on the cushions. The swim deck with heavy duty stainless boarding ladder makes getting on and off the boat both in and out of the water a breeze. The rear bench seat is wide and big enough for 4 adults to sit comfortably and the lower part of the seats pull out to let the backs lay down for a second more private sun deck option. The bow is plenty big enough for the girls to lay out with feet propped up while crusing or pulling whomever dares to grab the tow rope behind. The cabin lights offer plenty of light for gathering up towels and shoes when making way to the dock after dark. The docking lights help trailer the boat after dark. The dual axle trailer has surge operated disk brakes to bring it to a stop quickly and safely. I will gladly answer any ?'s for serious buyers. Stored high and dry at Lighthouse Point marina. $10,000 in materials and $5,000+ in labor was put into the new deck and new additions in 2012 making this boat literally like new. You must see it to appreciate how nice it is. $17,995 Make Reasonable Offer, 727-599-1950. Top speed is about 48mph and cruising speed is 32mph at 4000rpm. Engine serviced every 100 hrs. Engine serviced 4 months ago all fuel filters, thermostats, plugs, and gear lube changed. Engine runs great. This is the nicest pre-owned Cape Horn 21 you will find anywhere. It looks almost like a new boat. The deck was replaced in 2012 with Nidacore composite, which made it a much sturdier boat with no wood left in it. The new deck was fiberglassed in with 50% more fiberglass than the factory uses to fiberglass the decks in their new boats, which makes this boat even more sturdy and seaworthy than a new 21 Cape Horn. This boat has an unsinkable hull just like a Boston Whaler. The Cape Horns prior to 2000 are also susceptible to the deck rotting, so most of them between the years of 1992-1999 have some amount of rot in their hulls. Some will be to the point of partial deck collapse. This boat has no wood and will never have any rot in the hull. Also, The Cape Horn 21's made between 2000 and 2014 are also smaller and much less sea worthy than the 1991-1999 year models. You now have to buy a Cape Horn 24 to get the same size as this 21. I had blue LCD running lights installed under the gunnel on both sides of the boat that look awesome. I had a blue LCD underwater light installed on the transom behind the engine, so the water lights up blue at night time. New fuel lines, plush leaning post, upgraded 40 gal livewell and with custom tackle cabinet, new vhf radio and antennae, stereo with four speakers, so the stereo on this boat sounds like a concert hall with plenty of bass, new furuno gps 32 navigator, furuno color LCD bottom machine, fuel flow meter. Anchor with 10ft of chain, 500ft of anchor line, life vests.
