New Engines 2019 with less than 80 hours. Unfortunately, one engine needs to be rebuilt. Fortunately, the vessel is stored at the mechanic's lots and they can rebuild the engine in approximately 2-3 weeks. The exterior is in good condition. Interior well maintained, leatherette is in excellent condition. Stock #316217 Beautiful weekend cruiser is great condition. Well maintained and priced to sell. The 312 Sedan was introduced by Silverton in 1993 as an affordable and stylish family cruiser, equipped with sterndrive power - a feature not commonly found in flybridge boats of the time. Built on a solid fiberglass hull with an integrated swim platform, the 312's interior is modest and functional, featuring a convertible U-shaped dinette made of chestnut leather. On the starboard side, a galley with a 110V/12V refrigerator, electric stove, sink, and ample storage and counter space is available. The forward stateroom boasts an angled double berth, a hanging locker, and privacy curtains. The port guest cabin includes over/under berths with privacy curtains as well. An enclosed head features a stainless steel sink and a full shower. A sliding glass door leads to the cockpit, where a standard transom door is located. The swim platform includes fender racks and a built-in swim ladder. Molded steps lead to a spacious flybridge that can be enclosed with canvas and isinglass or a Bimini top for summer use. The bridge accommodates four people comfortably with ample lounge seating. The helm features ergonomically placed controls, gauges, electronics, a Garmin GPS/Plotter, VHF, trim tabs, and windlass controls.tter, VHF, trim tabs, and windlass controls. 1994 Silverton 312 Sedan Cruiser ALWAYS FRESHWATER this 312 Silverton is a fantastic boat for family and entertaining. On the exterior it displays a large flybridge with fiberglass arch. Take a few steps down the molded stairs, and you will find a roomy cockpit area with folding bench seat. Through the sliding door, this 32' foot vessel is equipped with a forward stateroom and twin bunks midcabin to accommodate an overnight stay. It also has a full head complete with a shower. The galley contains a refrigerator and electric stove. Directly off of the galley is a full-size dinette. In 2013-Haul out for a week replacing the following; New plugs, wires and distributer caps, New House and Generator Batteries, Both Outdrives rebuilt including seals, Bellows, hydraulic lines and water pumps. Engines received new Exhaust Risers, Back Flow Preventers, Rebuilt carburetor's, Seals, Shift Cables, Water Pumps and other items by a certified Mercruiser Mechanic. At that time the bottom was repainted using 3 gallons of copper based bottom paint instead of the recommended 2 gallons. Over $7000.00 was invested to make this a totally reliable coastal cruiser.
