2006 Silverton 50 Convertible The Flora T is the most highly optioned 50 Convertible for sale. She has a custom center ladder tower with complete engine, bow thruster, and navigational controls built by Fishing Boat unlimited in Newport Beach. The stainless bow rails have been extended to the cockpit and with the west coast style triple spreader outriggers you can fish completely around the boat. The custom bait system has a cockpit tank and bow tank as well as 3 flush mounted tuna tubes in the transom, and runs off both AC or DC for redundancy. The cockpit features a 130lb fighting chair, multiple fish boxes and rocket launcher rod holders for rigging and drop back rods. From the help you can easily view the baits and be surrounded by three Raymarine E120 displays. The interior features three staterooms and two heads with a galley up configuration. 2007 Silverton 50, This 2007 50' Silverton Convertible is a one owner, with 170 100% fresh water, pampered hours. It boasts a hydraulic platform, bridge air and heat, bow and stern thrusters, a full compliment of Raymarine electronics including a weather module, direct TV, and a Bose lifestyle speaker system to compliment the well layed out salon. The 715 HP Volvo D-12's are the very much preferred power system, and ahve proven to be economical and loaded with performance. If you haven't been in a 50' Silverton bilge, it is something to be marveled. The upgraded Westerbeke generator set is equipped to handle everything including the bridge air. The salon and galley are perfectly layed out in the very open fashion, and the main reason this model is soooo popular. This particular boat has the Sub Zero drawer style fridge and freezers, a huge compliment to the practical and large galley. As mentioned, the Bose just tops off the audio visual package this owner insisted on having in his yacht. The bridge has a classic convertible lay out, with great visibility for the captain and mate. What sets this boat apart, is the abundant seating, climate control, wet bar and full electronics and bow and stern thrusters. The stairs going up are well designed, making it easy for all ages to get up to the bridge and down to the aft cockpit. The aft cockpit is open, and although great for fishing, the owner prefers sushi to putting any rods or fishing equipment on the after dek, but did splurge and put on the hydralic platform. The 3 stateroom are very well thought out, the master has its own head and shower, and the VIP and third guest room share their head and shower.
