New Engines 2019 with less than 80 hours. Unfortunately, one engine needs to be rebuilt. Fortunately, the vessel is stored at the mechanic's lots and they can rebuild the engine in approximately 2-3 weeks. The exterior is in good condition. Interior well maintained, leatherette is in excellent condition. Stock #316217 Beautiful weekend cruiser is great condition. Well maintained and priced to sell. The 312 Sedan was introduced by Silverton in 1993 as an affordable and stylish family cruiser, equipped with sterndrive power - a feature not commonly found in flybridge boats of the time. Built on a solid fiberglass hull with an integrated swim platform, the 312's interior is modest and functional, featuring a convertible U-shaped dinette made of chestnut leather. On the starboard side, a galley with a 110V/12V refrigerator, electric stove, sink, and ample storage and counter space is available. The forward stateroom boasts an angled double berth, a hanging locker, and privacy curtains. The port guest cabin includes over/under berths with privacy curtains as well. An enclosed head features a stainless steel sink and a full shower. A sliding glass door leads to the cockpit, where a standard transom door is located. The swim platform includes fender racks and a built-in swim ladder. Molded steps lead to a spacious flybridge that can be enclosed with canvas and isinglass or a Bimini top for summer use. The bridge accommodates four people comfortably with ample lounge seating. This is a 1989 Silverton 37 Convertible. Its powered by twin Crusader 454 inboard motors putting out 350 horsepower each. Comes with a single-stateroom floorplan with a full-size dinette in place of a second stateroom. The salon is completely open and has large windows that create great natural lighting in the salon. There's a stall shower in the head, and ample room throughout. The cockpit is large for a boat of this size and the flybridge is arranged with guest seating forward of the helm. According to the owner, everything works as it should. The interior appears clean and in nice shape. There are no rips or tears in the upholstery that I noticed. The boat is currently on the hard. Ready for the water and an adventure. With a 13' 10" beam, the Silverton is wide and has plenty of room for a day on the water cruising or fishing, and stays for an extended period of time. The helm has plenty of room to entertain with a captain's and passenger swivel chairs and wrap-around seating also a great view. The seller reports that the electronics are original. The Hours are unknown. The hour meter stopped working in 2001. Based on the first 10 years of use, the current hours are estimated to be approximately 500 hours The A/C Pumps function but the blower does not. The generator has a new control board but does not crank. All of the information regarding the condition of the vessel was provided by the seller and we recommend that a Survey be performed to confirm the condition of the vessel and its operating systems. 1999 Silverton 41 Convertible The CERES is a 1999 Model Silverton 41 Convertible that is powered by the optional CATERPILLAR 3126 TA diesels that are rated at 420 HP. This model was produced by Silverton Yachts from 1991 through 1999; it is only rarely available with "diesel power" vis the standard big-block gas engines. The CERES has been well-maintained overall and with nice upgrades to her interior decor & furnishings within the past few years. "Clean & neat" are appliable terms to describe her.
