My Girlfriend and I are selling our respective boats, we are moving where we will not be able to use our boats so its time to go. This boat is a 1996 Wellcraft Scarab 18' ( 19' feet really...) this little boat is A LOT OF FUN on the water, It will go 60 mph all day... its fast, fun and cheap to run, The 215 hp Mercruiser V6 4.3 with thru hull exhausts, and the Mercury Marine REVOLUTION 4 , four blade prop get this boat out of the water in no time, so if you like waterskiing, wakeboarding or tubing this boat will make you smile. Being a V6,and if you can control yourself ( can you?) it will be very cheap on gas for the day , when you just want to go to beaches or putt around with friends. The sound system is a Rockford Fosgate and it blasts your best tunes pretty good over the thru hull exhausts , you can even plug your Iphone or Ipod or use the USB plug in for your MP3 player. Anyone can drive this boat , its user friendly, fun and stable at speed, there is room for 4 adults sitting comfy and safe at high speed, and you can add more if you are just putting around. Also ,its a light boat (1900 pounds) so you can tow it with most smaller mid size SUV or compact pick up. The entirely galvanized trailer is included and is in VERY GOOD condition with decent tires. This boat is in Outstanding Condition , it always been in freshwater and stored inside in a heated garage.It's a boat that has been maintained and kept in top condition. The boat spent its life in the northeast so it hasn't baked in the Florida sun or sat a marina all year long. The boat is currently in storage in Montreal Quebec, in my heated garage, once you won the auction, if you can't come to pick it up after its paid for, I can keep in storage as long as you need to for 80$ a month I understand its not always easy to meet the sellers deadlines for pick up when buying on Ebay so Im trying to make it easy on you if you are a busy person. I bought the boat in MAINE and took it to Montreal Quebec, All the taxes and duties have been paid on it, so if you are a Canadian buyer all you have to do is register it , all the importation paperwork is done. IF YOU ARE A US BUYER: you can just take the boat back to the US, I can assist you or deliver it to the border, The boat is originally from MAINE and still sports the Maine stickers and ID numbers...Taking this boat and trailer back to the US is a breeze it never been registered in Canada.
