So we decided to build our own. We are proud to offer you our newest line of boats - the FX series; a true flats boats. These technical poling skiffs have an easy gliding ten degree dead rise at the transom. We eliminated the hull strakes and incorporated a mild reverse chine to minimize hull slap while not sacrificing crisp steering performance. The hulls are built with our proven foam and glass I-beam construction system. This solid glass and foam construction creates an incredible strong hull that yields a very quiet ride while shooting across the grass flats. The decks are composite cored for stiffness, with aluminum plates sandwiched between fiberglass layers at key load and hardware points. The FX series has a molded inner liner, large insulated bait and release wells, flush mount cleats and stainless steel rub rail as standard equipment. All our boats are rigged by factory trained technicians with your choice of Yamaha, Suzuki or Mercury power. FX19 Vapor The FX19 is our newest technical skiff. This boat is built using hand laid biaxial glass and our foam I-beam construction system. Several packages are available for rigging as a technical poling skiff with platforms, or as a shallow water casting skiff without platforms.
