Stock #315798 BEAUTIFUL, CLASSIC EXPRESS with many upgrades This one owner 1988 Stamas Liberty 288 is a very nice example of this popular express designed for both fishing and occasional overnighting. Topsides you will find a custom fiberglass top and front and side curtains along with a full sloping back canvas as well as a drop canvas. For electronics, you have a GPS, plotter with depth sounder combo, VHF radio and regular am/fm radio inside the cabin. Below, there are berths for four in the cabin--two adults and two kids--with an enclosed standup head, generous storage, dinette, and a compact galley with sink and refrigerator Don't wait too long to arrange a showing or make an offer prior to traveling to see it. 1989 Stamas 288 Liberty 1989 Stamas 288 Liberty This is a 1989 Hull that was redone from 2011-20012. She shows much much newer than her actual model year. She was repowered in 2011 with twin 1996 Evinrude 225 Ocean Pros that had approximately 200 hours on them at the time. DETAILS: -Lowrance HDS 8 Gen 2 (structure scan & 80/200 transducers) plus sonic hub. -Cockpit speakers are Kicker separates and kicker coax (new). -Cabin speakers are Bose. -There is an additional MBQuart amp running some speakers. -Standard Horizon VHF with remote microphone -Simpson-Lawrence windlass -Faria Guages -OMC oil tanks new -OMC dual binnacle throttle new -Johnson raw water pump new -Johnson fresh water pump new -Raw water wash down -Removable transom seat new upholstery -Removable jump seat behind helm new -Helm seat w/dual flip up bolsters new -Dual battery charger new -Fuel and oil lines are new -Fuel sending unit is new -Grounding plate is new -Shore power -AC panel in cabin is new. -The boat does not have a plumbed head, but rather a porta-potty. -All cleats have been reinforced with 1/4 inch aluminum backing plates, and those plates are covered in anti-corrosive coating. -Nav lights are all new -Cockpit has blue led lighting -All thru hulls were replaced, as well as drain lines going to them. The fuel tank is fully exposed and not foamed in, so its easy to verify it is in excellent shape. It can also be replaced without any deck cutting as there is a large deck plate that lifts off exposing the whole tank. All the wiring in the boat is new except for the cabin lights, cabin AC outlets, overhead light in the head and anchor/stern light on top of radar arch.
