It has four rooms: bed size includes 3 queen size and the master has a king size bed. It has two fullsize bathrooms that includes a full size shower in each bathroom. It also has a pull out sleeper in the front salon. You also have the ability to sleep 14 up top comfortably. The motors are twin Merc Crusier Bravos (port hours 1739, starboard 1764) and the generator is a 15 KW Westerbeke. It has a 12 battery deep cycle inverter system that runs two 110 volt refridgerators, micorwave, stove, chest freezer on the front deck, lights, outlets and fans throughout the houseboat. There is a wonderful sound system that runs throughout the houseboat that is run from the helm and it has a seprate sound system on the top deck that is controlled from the helm on the top deck. There is an A/C, furnace, water heater, deck awning, TV, is cable ready, 15 batteries, used in fresh water, no pets or smoking. All of the regular maintenance and upgrades have been done by OffShore Marina and the records are available upon request. We have really enjoyed this boat for many years and are sad to see it go. My kids have so many wonderful memories on Lake Powell and on this houseboat.
