1992 Seminole Marine SailFish, 1992 YSI 18' 6" (Over 7' Wide) True Skinny Center Console Flats Boat with Evinrude 150HP Motor W/ Power Trim and Power Jack Plate. The motor was rebuilt by the previous owner. The carbs were also rebuilt by the previous owner. The foot of the motor (transmission components are housed) was purchased brand new by the previous owner. All the previous work done on the motor was within the past year from what I was told.I spared no cost in rebuilding this boat. The entire decking and deck framing has been rebuilt with all pressure treated 2x4's and 3/4" Plywood. All the decking was then fiberglassed and finally Gelcoated. All the wiring was ripped out and replaced except for the motor wires which were fine. All new switches, LED Lighting, radio, speakers, tachometer, temperature gauge, etc were also installed. I also installed a new Voltage regulator on the motor. The Jack Plate was purchased a little over a year ago by the previous owner. I replaced both the up and down solenoids, bracket and wiring for the Jackplate. I installed new Controls along with new throttle and shift linkage cables. The boat is also already wired for a depth finder and trolling motor. I do have a 72# thrust Saltwater MinnKota trolling motor for sale for the boat if someone is interested. I'll let it go for $500. I'm located about 10 minutes from downtown Orlando. Welcome to the world of NONSUCH sailing: If you are familiar with the uniqueness of the NONSUCH, please procede below, if not, please Google Cruising World .com for a full review and history of NONSUCH and why it is such an incredible boat. I tried to post the full link below but EBAY forced me to remove it. If you add a www in front of the link below and cut and paste it into google search, the article should come right up. cruisingworld.com/sailboats/boat-reviews/nonsuch-30-an-utterly-uncomplicated-cruiser Caution: The reason we have not placed this boat in the water is because we want any prospective buyer to be re-assured that the boat is just as perfect below the waterline as it is topside. You can run a moisture meter anywhere you want on "Sophisti-Kat" and you will find a boat as dry as it was the day it came from the factory. Beware of any boat being sold that is already in the water and make sure to have the owner place it on “The Hard” before making your purchase so you can make sure you are getting a sound boat. Many older boats are placed in the water when being sold to hide blisters and saturated fiberglass. Now let’s get started...........please review my feedback so you can be assured that you are buying from a provider with the utmost integrity. I pride myself on only selling excellent product that buyers will be proud of for years to come. This boat is my Father's boat, he is the original owner and the boat has always been in our family. Welcome to my auction for "Sophisti-Kat" a 1985 NONSUCH 30 ULTRA. This is a very highend limited production sailboat built by Hinterholler Yachts, Ontario, Canada and designed by Mark Ellis. While there may be other NONSUCH 30's for sale on the market, this boat is extremely unique for two specific reasons: 1) Most of these boats were heavily cruised or raced; "SOPHISTI-KAT" was never cruised and was never raced. She spent most of her life on her mooring and was used for light family sailing and barbeques. The pictures clearly demonstrate this. 2) The other reason that this boat is unique is because it was purchased and built to my father's specifications meaning it is the "ULTRA" layout, not the standard layout and was equipped for global travel even though it rarely left the mooring. This boat has the upgraded bullet proof Westerbeke engine, Here is a breakdown of the boat: Overall Dimensions LOA: 30.4 Feet Beam: 11.10 Draft: 5 Feet LWL: 28.9 Displacement: 11,500 Ballast: 4500 Bridge clearance: 53 feet Headroom: 6.3 feet. 2013 J Boats J/70 The J/70 introduces a new dimension of fun, fast sailing in a stable, easy to own boat. A natural evolution of its J pedigree, the J/70's 22-foot long waterline with high aspect, all carbon rig and deep, lifting bulb keel provides spirited performance and stability that feels like a much larger boat. Knifing through the water upwind with confidence and ease, the J/70 has that legendary “J” feel - light, controllable with a wide-groove to sail consistently fast. With an adjustable cascading backstay, one has total control over sail shape and dynamic rig tension across the full range of conditions, making it not only easy to change gears on the J/70, but faster and safer. Off the wind, J/70 will simply light-up the crew with a smile! Set the masthead asymmetrical spinnaker off the retractable carbon bowsprit, point the J/70 where you want with its deep, high-aspect rudder and the J/70 pops up on a plane and takes off in a moderate breeze. SAILOR FRIENDLY J/70 is all about making sailing inclusive, not exclusive. With its easily driven hull, large cockpit, and manageable three sail inventory, the J/70 is perfect for three adults, two couples, or four juniors. Sailing is about friends, it’s the joy of sharing the experience with others. When your family and friends can enjoy sailing in all weather, the return on investment will be high. TRAILERABLE- EASY TRANSPORT & LAUNCHING In today’s crowded harbors, it’s not always possible or economical to own a permanent mooring, marina slip or rent space in a dry lot with crane. J/70 offers a practical solution. Launch at the local boat ramp, raise the lightweight all carbon rig, lower the lifting bulb keel, hoist the sails and off you go on a sailing adventure in less than 30 minutes. The only limitations are how far you want to drive and willingness to camp in the great outdoors. I am looking for a quick sale and have priced it accordingly. Buy now and enjoy a summer of cruising! The people who love this boat are those who like to watch the shoreline moving by and keep an eye on the horizon from a warm dry place. Meanwhile, the person who loves pure sailing can experience it fully at the tiller. The current slip is available to the new owner, who would very much enjoy having a home away from home in Friday Harbor. Many more photo's are available. I am also available by telephone. Please request my telephone number by asking a question of me through eBay. The boat is also for sale locally. Please tell me if you want the sale to be conditional upon satisfactory survey and/or sea trial. This would need to be done in a timely fashion. Consideration of contingencies like this may make any offer more or less desirable. Thank you!

2001 Hunter Helsen Signature 470 This special offering is likely the most expensive yacht ever built by Helsen and Hunter at a cost of over $700,000 to build, and her name is Belle Ile!  One of two ever built and the only one on the resale market. The Signature 470 has 167 upgrades from the Hunter 460 model. Here is the history of the Hunter-Helsen Signature 470.  Johannes Jopie Helsen turned the stock 46-foot Hunter Sailboat into an elegant high end cruising yacht at Sailor's Wharf, his boatyard on Salt Creek in St. Petersburg. One of the most dramatic changes is in the hull itself. Helen cut off the transom of the production boat and designed a new sugar scoop that adds 1.5-feet to the overall waterline, giving the boat better performance and an updated look. The extended transom also provides a platform for diving and swimming. The trailing edge of the keel is faired for good upwind performance. Other upgrades include a stainless steel and vinyl rub rail, an Awlgrip paint system in custom colors, a 22-karat gold leaf sheer stripe, Harken hardware, electric halyard winch and a steel cockpit arch. Helsen worked with Mark Pooch of Doyle Sails in Clearwater to produce a performance sail package and added 100 square feet to the sail plan. The upgraded interior is elegant ash and teak with a teak and holly sole. The interior features an entertainment system that includes multiple flat-screen televisions. Stainless steel hatches and ports have custom shades that convert to screens. The master stateroom berth has a thick custom mattress made in California specifically for the Signature 470.   Corian custom counters and faucets with gold accents were added. The Signature 470 has 167 upgrades from the standard Hunter 46. Belle Ile is Helsen's masterpiece with a rich dark forest green Awlgrip hull. The three stateroom, two head layout provides perfect accommodations for two couples with some grandkids included. She is designed to be comfortable and pleasing in every aspect with the interior design completed by a professional (expensive) interior designer choosing the window treatments, upholstery, carpets, artwork, brass lighting, Corian, and soft high quality coverings all professionally implemented. The intention of total comfort continues right into the cockpit that is perfect for entertaining with seating for about ten people with a walk-through transom, swim platform, and a large cockpit table and many drink holders. The new (2016) bimini, dodger and enclosure provide shade and weather protection and of course there are cockpit cushions. There is no shortage of amenities to rival any other sail boat with the ice maker, flat screens TVs, air conditioning and a large 6kw Northern Lights Genset with l
