This 1997 Sumerset 20x74 houseboat at Lee's Ford Marina on Lake Cumberland in Nancy, KY has been completely remodeled inside and out to look like the newer style boats. It is 20 x 74 with full catwalks, so cleaning and maintenance is a breeze. It has a 5.0 Mercruiser V8 motor(390hrs) with a 4 cylinder Volvo generator(230hrs). Boat has inverter, dual 50 amp shore power, 2 water heaters (1-19 gal 1-15 gal), custom interior and exterior lighting, 20 speaker sound system. Vinyl ceiling throughout like the new boats, was a $7500 upgrade. Purasan Sanitation System, so no emptying holding tanks. 4 bedrooms(3 queen & 1 full), plus 2 futon fold-out beds in salon, 2 full baths with shower in each. The boat has 2-80 gallon gas tanks and 5-70 gallon freshwater tanks. Stainless appliances in kitchen. All exterior decks coated with a weatherproof textured paint that is tough as nails, so no replacing molded carpet every 4 years. We purchased the boat 2 years ago and have loved every moment we have owned it. It is our family retreat and we have created countless memories together. A little about our boat. It also has a full-sized diswahser. The top deck offers amazing views of Lake Pleasant.
