Fees should generate a reserve fund for future repairs and, since everything is new, there shouldn’t be any special assessments in the near future. Week numbering starts on the Saturday following the first Wednesday of January, with weeks 21-38 being primary ownership weeks. Additional weeks are available off season for $100/night on a first come basis ($50/night if the houseboat does not leave the slip).
