This 1986 Marine Trader Sundeck trawler is in overall very good condition. The teak deck is in great shape and the hull appears excellent. The galley has been refreshed with new appliances. The engine and generator are up to date on maintenance with new starter motors on each. All of the bilge pumps were replaced between 2021 and mid-2023. Two out of the three air conditioners are new and feature digital controls. The third AC unit, in the V-berth, is inoperative and due for replacement. The seller uses the v-berth mostly for storage, but on the few occasions it has been used for sleeping, keeping the door open between the salon and the cabin has provided plenty of cool air. A sudden high speed wind gust while at anchor early in 2023 resulted in the original bow spirit breaking and the anchor chain dislodging into the starboard side of the stainless tube bow railing and bending some tubing. The bow spirit has been replaced with a solid fiberglass model bolted into the deck with a stout backing plate. The seller has yet to find someone to repair the railing but continues to try. This 2010 HURRICANE 2200 was serviced in November 2021 with an oil change, a new starter, and a new Garmin GPS, stereo, and VHF radio. Oil changed in April 2023. Batteries replaced in 8/21. The engine compartment is in good condition, the motor started right up and ran great. No trailer. Stock #303970 Great family boat with up to 9 seating capacity - fully outfitted and ready to go. This 2010 HURRICANE 2200 is a great family boat. It has plenty of seating and a head. Starting in the stern, you have a nice swim platform with a boarding ladder and stereo speakers. The rear sun pad has an adjustable backrest. There is a nice rear bench seat with storage underneath. There is a storage compartment in the deck for skis. On the port side is the head compartment. On the starboard side, you have the steering and instrument panel. The bimini top and closing windshield provide protection from the weather. This President 37 is nicely equipped and will need some repairs. The engines and generator have been reliable, the owner confirms. The Simrad unit and VHF are working well. The other electronics are older and will need to be removed or replaced. The bottom was last cleaned in December of 2023 and the ablative bottom paint was doing its job. One soft area was noted on the starboard side of the aft deck. Remnants of water seepage were evident on the aft cabin starboard side walls and on the dinette wall. The walls in these areas are damp after recent rains. The forward bilge pump was not functioning. Deferred maintenance items are evident in the photos (e.g., handrails, fittings, lifelines, gel coat, seating). Don't let this one get away! This vessel is in great shape and pride of ownership is seen throughout. All of the vinyl seating is in excellent condition and shows well.
