Today, you can take a large group of people on the water with power and performance. Stretch out and tan in the bow. Shade the cockpit with the standard Bimini top. Anchor at a sandbar and swim off the platform. Then, fire up the engine and explore the waters. This is Rinker’s giant 262 Captiva runabout. Up front she has the room to carry several people in the wrap around seating. The wrap around tinted windshield has a nice wide walk-through for easy access forward and pop up cleats keep the gunwales clean so you don’t have a trip hazard when boarding. This 262 Captiva has a port-a-potty built into the companion pod that also has a rack for the storable snack table. There’s also a wet bar behind the driver helm with trash can and sink. In the cockpit aft seating adds more room for your friends and family to comfortably join you for the day. In-floor storage is provided for long items like skis and wakeboards. Plenty of storage is provided under the seats for smaller items and life jackets. The aft sunpad doubles as an engine hatch and the rear pad can elevate up for a comfortable back rest with plenty of room below for working with the power plant. The aft section of the sunpad is a cover over a drainable storage area for wet items like ski tow lines. Above the boat is equipped with a Custom Wake board tower with wake board racks and two tower speakers. You can get out of the sun with the custom Bimini top. At the Helm,, Helm instruments are all backlit for easy view at night and arranged nicely for easy view in the daytime. Responsive rack-and-pinion steering give you firm control of the boat underway. Bucket seats have tilt, swivel and bolster adjustments. The 262 has a great Sony sound system with multiple speakers, two power amps and sub.and six disc CD changer and I-pod input. If you want power and speed you definitely will enjoy the 375HP Mercruiser 496 Mag stern drive. It has the optional Captains call that electronically diverts the exhaust thru the prop for a nice quite ride or with the flip of a switch sends the exhaust thru the transom that enhances performance and give a favorable rumble. The engine has a closed cooling system and multi port fuel injection. Combined with the heavy duty Bravo three outdrive you will have all the power needed to pull multiple skier's, tubers or a huge wake for wake boarding. Some additional features included are a dual battery system with battery isolator and two 110V built in battery chargers. the boats batteries were replaced last season. The triple axle trailer is included and has six new tires with spare and disc brakes. While in storage or in your slip you can keep your interior clean with the snap on bow cover and cockpit cover.
