For sale is a Trim Tilt Assembly for earlier 55HP -115HP Evinrude and Johnson outboard motors This unit has been fully rebuilt and upgraded to allow easy replacement using current parts available without the expense of paying high dollars for OEM replacement parts which are hard to find 1. The motor and pump assembly has been replaced with a newer affordable unit 2. Both pistons have been completely rebuilt and the ends have been drilled to accept a more available bushing from most hardware stores and online 3. The Pivot bolts have been replaced with a easier to obtain shoulder bolts and the lower pins have been retained with the original ones. 4. All lines and fittings for the pump assembly to pistons are new and available at most speed shops and Ebay along with many other sources. 5. The new pump pressure and pistons were tested and is suitable to operate the trim assembly as required 6. Included with the boat is: 1 fishfinder Electric anchor (needs anchor) cover no rips or tears trailer with spare tire spare prop radio3 batteries all good 24 volt trolling motor live wells, rod storage, and misc. storage. new automatic bilge pump installed new transom saver. Everything on the boat works as it should. There are no leaks. Hull has no holes or cracks. Floor is solid. The motor was check at the marina and has very good compression and starts right up . The only thing that is wrong is one of the seats has a tear.

This is one owner 18' Starcraft Pontoon purchased new at end of 2002 season from local dealer. Boat has had very little use, is on small lake and averaged 6 gallons of gas used per year. Engine is 1999 Force 40 HP with Very desirable Tilt and Trim. Engine has water pump 1 year ago. Otherwise routine service and have never had a problem with it.Starts with one brief hit of choke first time. Runs smooth and quiet. Boat has always been stored inside in off-season and always covered when not in use. Cover is included, has about 1-2 years left in it. No rips or tears, just general weathering. Boat has beautiful seating, vinyl is all in very nice condition, again no rips or tears or other damage, no repairs to boat ever. Motor was alway stored up out of water. Carpet is very good for it's age, probably because of how it was stored. No snags, rips or any damage. Floor is solid. I do have a trailer available, and we can negotiate that separately if interested. Boat is in storage, but easily accessed. Location is just north of Grand Rapids, Michigan. Selling because acquired MasterCraft X2 and only used twice this season. I think it is priced to sell, and would love to have the extra space for one of my cars. Hull has been refinished and interior decking has been re-glassed. Boat has been wired with glassed-in conduits. Wiring for running lights, trolling motor, electric start and anything else you need. Had two pedestal seats, removed and bench seat installed. Have second bench ready to install that comes with boat. You are welcome to pedestal seats also if you want them. Motor is a 2003 model, four stroke with electric start and power assist trim. Motor runs well with an even 90 pounds of compression on all three cylinders. The shaft length is 20 inches. The motor is mounted on an aluminum jack plate to bring the cavitation plate even with bottom of transom. The motor is tiller steering and features forward, neutral and reverse on a separate lever. A six gallon fuel tank with bulb and hose is included. There is also a new 800 cranking amp battery which sounds like an overkill unless you install a trolling motor. Forward deck is beefed up, glassed and wired for a trolling motor on the port side. Asking price is $3000 but I will entertain any reasonable offer. See the pictures, they tell it all. 2000 model boat and motor in good solid condition. 2014 Magic Tilt aluminum tandem axel trailer with surge brakes and bearing buddies. Bow and Deck Box Cushions, Onboard Ice Chest, Bimini Top, Large Fish Box, Large Deck Box at Stern with Cushion, Live Well, 90 Gallon Fuel Tank, Fresh Water Washdown, 2013 GARMIN VHF Radio, 2013 GARMIN Fishing Chart and Sounder Combo, 2013 Sony Stereo, new Porta Poti (not installed comes with it, use at your option), Onboard Charger with 2 batteries (one gel), trim tabs and Bimini Top. Minor scratches and normal wear and tare from use, stress cracks around some hardware, some gelcoat discoloration where Items removed or replaced prior to my ownership such as outriggers and stern rails. Boat has been covered and maintained / repaired professionally while in my possession. Runs out great and low fuel consumption with the dependable 2 stroke Direct Fuel Injection Mercury Optimax Saltwater with stainless prop. Tops out at 40+ mph. Comes with Coast Guard Package. Boat was purchased by me in 2012 from Singleton Marine in Georgia (my son works for them in Dallas). I added new electronics and had it completely rewired to my specs to help insure that corrosion had not gotten into vital electrical areas. To my knowledge, it had two previous owners. Currently having normal maintenance done on engine. New impeller kit and lower unit lube change, new plugs, fuel pump kit, (oil pump changed out last season due to leak), and new fuel rail diaphragm all as a part of my overkill maintenance requirements. I use fuel stabilizer and ethanol treatment with every fill up. Just replaced live well pump motor due to failure. I am proud of the boat that has safely brought me back from every trip. Just getting older and having issues dealing with the sun and heat.

Comes with a brand new Lowrance fish finder/gps combo, recently installed tilt/trim switch, and a new automatic bilge pump with a switch on the center console. Also includes life jackets, fire extinguisher, ropes, anchor, flares, everything you need to get out on the water! The bimini is usable, but is faded. New cleats and fishing rod holders installed. Comes with a cooler (or two if you want) and I can throw in a fshing pole to sweeten the deal. Two 6 gallon portable gas tanks included, one is only 6 months old. Capacity for up to four people, seated comfortably. It does have a few minor issues. It needs a new steering cable ($60 on amazon), a new prop, and probably a carb cleaning as it is an older motor.
