1979 Topaz 28 Open Exceptionally well maintained and updated. Bottom sand blasted and barrier coated. Ablative pain to finish. Decks re done. New 230 Gal fuel tank and Twin Blueprinted FWC Pleasure Craft engines 350 HP each with 800 hours which were installed in 2003, 25 mile radar, Auto pilot, 12" display chart plotter, Northstar GPS, 2 Offshore radios, Bennett trim tabs with auto trim control, 406 Eperb, Windless Anchor system, 3 bank battery charger, 40 gal water tank, Custom canvas, fresh and salt water wash downs. new $500 SSI cooler. Just add your rods and and tackle and you are ready to fish the canyon.

1975 Topaz 28' Totally Refurbished in 2003, Great offshore fishing, diving, and island runner. Center Console with V-berth. Sleeps 3 with A/C, head, refrig., sink, plenty of rod storage and outside holders. 360 degreewalk-around fishing, outriggers, livewell, dive platform and ladder. Generator, fresh water tank and small holding tank. All underwater gear, engines and many accesories were replaced with upgrades in 2003. Will cruise all day on 199 gallon fuel tank @ 30-33 mph with twin 2003 Yanmar 240 HP diesel engines. Easy to trailer with 3 axle aluminum trailer with brakes. New tires in 2013. 1976 Topaz Sportfish, 1976 Topaz,Up for sale is my 28' Topaz Sportfish. She's a beautiful good running twin-inboard boat and hate to see her go, but looking to upgrade in size to a larger boat/ live aboard. The cockpit on these Topaz's are equivalent to some 34-36' sportfisher's in size which is originally why I bought it and they have great sea keeping ability with a wide 10' beam. These feel much larger than most 28' boats and are a pleasure to fish/ cruise in even in rougher seas! The older Topaz's are built like tanks and were built one at a time using very thick SOLID fiberglass with no coring. Its hard to find boats built with this quality any more in this day and age! This boat has had a lot of upgrades done to it over the last 8 years. Over 15k worth of work done and I have all available receipts. Will entertain all reasonable offers! The boat is in the water in Barnegat Light, New Jersey currently and available for sea-trial for serious buyers. In 2006 the boat had extensive upgrades done to it by Hines-Farley in Rescue, VA. The engines are Mercruiser 351 fresh water cooled (220 hp) that run great & use no oil with approx 1580 hours. Boat cruises great at 20-22 kts and WOT is 26-30. I have all receipts for work completed in the past on this boat up to date.
