Interior: The upholstery shows to be in excellent condition without any stains, tears or any seams coming apart. The red vinyl insert on the bench seat is discolored. The floor is in excellent condition. The carpet is in excellent condition, without any rips or stains. The graphite dash board appears to be in excellent condition. The upgraded stainless gauges and switches are in excellent condition. There is a Lowrance fish finder at the console. Boat is equipped with foot controlled 12V 45# Minn Kota trolling motor. In the event buyer properly voids the sale in the required timeframe, buyer's sole remedy shall be to receive a refund of any monies paid toward the purchase in excess of the required deposit. The non-refundable deposit will not be refunded and no consideration shall be given for any buyer’s costs incidental to the sale including, but not limited to, travel, inspection, shipping or repairs.
