1994 Custom Ketch Dashew Style 4JH2-HTBE Health concerns force another price reduction. Reasonable offers encouraged.  "Myth" fits the genre of the Dashew style of fast cruisers like the Sundeer and Deerfoot ranges. Fast cruising that allows one to outrun weather systems and shorten passage times while minimizing rolling and pitching is an enticing alternative to sailing heavy boats that have to motor in light air. Myth has a lightweight epoxy and carbon strengthened construction on a long waterline with moderate six foot draft and a manageable sailplan split between two masts that can pass under ICW bridges. The deck and hull are constructed with Tri-axial fiberglass using only epoxy resin over a Kledgicell foam core. The hull core alone provides this 24,000 pound yacht with 48,120 pounds of ultimate buoyancy. High stress areas on either side of the keel are re-inforced with carbon fiber. Flush decks, center cockpit and a hard dodger complete a design package that reeks of speed and efficiency. The  interior is well lit with white vertical surfaces and overhead. The layout features a desirable owner's aft stateroom with center-line double berth, extensive storage and an engine room that allows easy access to all sides of the motor and systems. The galley is of small apartment proportions in terms of sinks, counter space and storage. The owners of Myth sail to the Caribbean, Florida or the Bahamas each year at speed and in safety. 1981 Ericson 36RH Tinkertoy is a 36 foot racer/cruiser designed by Ron Holland with a very good interior layout for offshore sailing as she is fast, even in light air. A very fast boat for its vintage, she will ghost along in light air when others have parked in place. Solid construction utilizes TAFG (Tri-Axial Force Grid), a one piece floor beam system that extends from the bow to the stern. With numerous longitudinal and transverse stringers, the result is a hull that is so rigid that torsional and flexing movements are virtually eliminated. The hull is made of all fiberglass with coring which adds strength while also decreasing the risk of hull blisters, wetted hull core and delamination. Tinkertoy has been well maintained over the years and is a boat you should definitely consider. She would make a great cruiser/racer. She has all new electonics, as well as refrigeration, wheel steering, roller furling, diesel engine and much more. Come see her many recent upgrades!

1999 Hans Christian CHRISTINA 43 The Hans Christian "Christina 43" The project was started in 1984. A total of 34 boats of this model were built. The designer, Scott Sprague designed this series of yachts to produce superior cruising speed and a stiff sailing yacht, due to the faster turn of the hull which presents a hard shoulder to leeward, with good weatherly performance for the medium displacement yacht. The long cord fin and the 1/2 skeg rudder provide excellent tracking, along with great maneuverability and a light helm. This boat is the last "Christina 43" built in the Anderson Yachts Ltd. yard in Thailand. The yacht was built under constant supervision of the first owner and the watchful eye of the listing brokerage. The interior of these yachts are a testament to the legendary craftsmanship of the Hans Christian yachts and truly a masterpiece to be seen. The Christina 43 deck lay-out was designed with safety and manageability in mind. This produced a yacht that is the epitome of what a proper cruising yacht should be. Her sail plan is easily managed with a pair of roller furling head sails, self-tailing winches and a hard boom vang. Additional sails include a storm tri-sail and spinnaker with pole. The cockpit is equipped with a stainless steel radar arch with cockpit flood lights and enclosed by a 2015 dodger with Eisen glass and screens and an attached bimini top.  At the helm is a full complement of 2010 electronics that include Raymarine C-97 Chart plotter /Digital Radar/Sounder, a Standard Horizon Matrix AIS GX2100 VHF Ram mic, Ratheon ST60 Wind/Speed/Depth instruments and a Raymarine ST 6001+ Autopilot. You will find Marine air, Spectra 400 water maker, Comb-O-Matic washer and dryer and a full entertainment system with DVD player, flat screen TV and multiple speaker systems that is I-pod ready.  There is truly too much to list here so please continue to the detailed listing.  "Christina 43's" have proven themselves in all types of sea conditions, and in all areas of the world. Wild Blue Yonder is a fresh water Catalina 270, designed to provide rewarding performance and comfortable accommodations for the active sailing family. Both goals are accomplished through the selection of a stable hull form with generous beam and fine entry forward. This approach delivers a hull that is wide at the sheer for maximum deck space, reserve buoyancy and good performance to weather. Semi-elliptical wing keels are matched with a balanced elliptical rudder to insure predictable handling and a balanced helm in a variety of conditions. The rigging has double spreaders with fore and aft lowers which make the mast very stable, easy to set up and tune. This design provides the narrow shroud base necessary for proper Genoa sheeting to weather. The deck is highlighted by a "big boat" cockpit seats with ergonomically contoured seat backs necessary for long term comfort aboard. This has been a fresh water boat for it entire existence and has been extremely well maintained. The bilge is bone dry and most of the equipment has been added or replaced in the last 10 years.
