The hull, deck, and exterior of the boat are in good condition. The captain's chair needs to be replaced. The interior needs a complete refit. The boat has been on stands in the boatyard for about two years and has not been operated during that time. Stock #328756 Well-built Trojan 36 Aft Cabin Motor Yacht. Spacious and well-suited for cruising, or as a perfect live aboard! Trojan is known for their good builds and this aft cabin model is no exception. The boat has a solid fiberglass hull and uses quality hardware throughout. The aft cabin model is spacious, with an open flush deck and a massive bright and airy salon. For privacy, the aft cabin has its own head, and the forward V berth has a head just outside the door. On deck is a huge cockpit with excellent visibility. The boat includes an enclosure for protection from the elements. Wide walkways allow easy access to the bow. This Trojan has the feel of a larger motor yacht, with the maneuverability of a 36-foot boat. 1980 Trojan 36 Tri-Cabin REDUCED BY $10,000 !!! The almost new GM 5.7 liter gas engines have only 130 hours. Your writer has observed this vessel being maintained within a city block from my home for over 20 years. The maintenance throughout has been of the highest order throughout this period and her condition today certainly reflects this. Venerable aft-cabin cruiser from 1970s, 1980s set class standards in her day for interior comfort and user versatility. Offered with several layouts over the years, this one has twin beds in aft stateroom and galley aft in the salon, making it perfect as a liveaboard. Two heads - full aft with shower, half adjacent to V-berth. Design highlights include walkaround decks, combined helm/aft-deck area with interchangeable captain's chair/table, molded seating with cushion in the bow. Note the tall bridge windshield, provding good helm visibility. Includes radar, radio, GPS plotter. Hot & cold water. The main deck salon is spacious and includes a full galley with an electric refrigerator, four burner range, and sink with hose-end sprayer. Though she is a bit older, it's amazing how much space she offers when compared even to newer cruisers of the same length. There are also dual central air conditioners that were just re-charged with freon this year. AM/FM/CD, anchor, carpet, Coast Guard pack, compass, depthfinder, GPS w/chart plotter, radar, generator, dockside power, 3 batteries, teak & holly sole, sleeps 6,VHF, The motors have had extensive work this past spring/summer and the twin Mercruiser 250s now purr like a kitten. prof. maintained,slip available. My wife and I had originally purchased this boat with the idea of doing some minimal restoration work and enjoying long weekends with a place to stay at the lake with our daughters...alas...the US Military didn't share my idyllic dream and chose to deploy me multiple times instead.
