This vessel is in great shape for its age; the owner has done a very good job updating and restoring this Trojan F30 to the current condition. The boat was just out of the water for cleaning and bottom paint last summer, and it will be coming out again this spring for a good cleaning to start the spring season. 1973 Trojan F-30 Clean Machine Twin 351 Ford freshwater water cooled 270 hp inboard engines do turn over however, we have not started them at this time. Hull condition is average. Deck has some soft spots forward. Interior upholstery is in good condition and the exterior upholstery is in poor condition. This is a F-30 Clean Machine model Flybridge Sport Fish. Cockpit deck is HUGE for a boat this size. Nice cabin layout with sleeping for 6. She could use some cosmetic work to freshin her up. Cabin bulkhead does have some rot that will need repairing. Includes bimini top (needs repair), VHF radio spotlight, rod holders.

1974 Trojan F44, this yacht has a "WOW" factor of ten. It will make any owner proud and others envious! Not your run of the mill molded fiberglass bubble. Genuine classic design in outstanding condition. Kept in fresh water under cover at Smith Mountain Lake, VA. This is a three stateroom layout, with large forward vee berth, midship bunk cabin, aft master cabin. Forward and aft cabins have vacuflush heads, showers, tile vanities. Large salon with berber carpet, sofa, easy chair, dining table and skylight. Fully equipped galley with refrigerator/freezer, microwave, three burner electric range and oven, breadbox, cutting board, and two basin sink. Master stateroom aft with twin beds, plentiful drawer space, four portholes with shades. Enclosed main deck with all weather wicker furniture, ice maker, wet bar, fold up isinglass enclosures, teak wing doors, and side curtain sun shades. State of art electronics include VHF radio with MMSI, 18 NM HD Radar, Garmin 7200 series GPS/chart plotter/radar, spot/floodlight, depth/knot meter, and Ritchie compass.
