1990 Sea Ray 310 Sundancer, Clean boat, one owner! Fresh water only, equipped for salt water, (all brass fittings). Low hours on engine about 450 on each. This boat has twin v-drive Mercruiser 454 engines. Generator in good running condition and just overhauled. Boat comes with a custom built Tri-axle trailer. The trailer needs a new roller and carpet on the bunks for long hauls. Ok for short trips and storage. Trailer is galvanized. Interior is like new, the rear carpet on deck is frayed along one seem 3 inch long. Range has never been used, and microwave a hand full. Also has A/C unit with heat as well. AM FM ST Cassette (Sony) again that was only used a few times as well. Exterior is washed several times a year by dock hands and waxed every Spring. Boat has full custom built canvas by a local gentleman. Bottom paint was redone 5 years ago and in good shape. Both sinks work well. Ice maker on deck is in working. Refrigerator in cabin is in well maintained condition. Auto front anchor, unsure of depth capabilities per never dropped in more then 20' of water. In Dec of the same year owners were transferred back to MS. Both outdrives were replaced with two new Mercury Bravo III outdrives and bottom repainted before she went in the water. A transom shower is available to rinse off while on swim deck before boarding the boat. You will find comfortable seating on deck as well as inside the cabin.
