This vessel is in excellent condition. The engine recently had its 50-hour maintenance. It has only been on Lake Powell in Page, Arizona. The upholstery is in excellent condition with no tears, wear, or holes. It is a little dirty in the folds. The tires are dated 3120 and show no wear or cracking. Stock #399589 Added upper deck/slide and only 54 hours on engine! This is a single-owner boat that has only been used for about a year. It comes with a trailer, a Mercury 115 HP four-stroke outboard with 54 hours, and the upper deck added by the seller. It also has hydrofins on each pontoon. These lift the boat higher, give it a better ride, increase fuel economy, and add a reported 2-3 MPH with the same engine. Lightweight and easy to tow, it seats up to 13 passengers with comfort. The upper deck with a slide adds extra fun to every outing. The private changing area also houses a porta-potty. There is plenty of room for fishing poles under the benches and room for a few ice chests for beverages. This is a great pontoon for day trips on the lake. Take a look! 1988 JC 824EX with a 1977 140 HP (the cowl says 115) Johnson outboard. This pontoon boat has an upper deck that is almost half the size of the deck and it is awesome! The upper deck is a fantastic place to lounge and it is so nice to have the shade over the stern! Steel trailer!The boat has been restored from the deck up: new deck boards sealed and painted with Duracoat non skid; Console totally rebuilt and painted to match the deck; custom instrument panel with new fuel gauge, electrical wiring, and dual battery meter; new "fishing" style folding seats with pedestals on the bow; bull horn/siren; new stereo and speakers; all new fuse and switch panel. The only thing she really needs is some paint, but that is actually a plus for you! The panels are already prepped for paint...chose a color scheme and go for it!Top speed is around 18.5 knots on glassy water! Easily accommodates 6+ adults for entertaining!Engine has brand new stator and power pack. This boat was for sale this spring. The buyer had to back out of the sale because of family issues. Even though it is late in the boating season I am going to list it in case someone wants to get ready for next year. This pontoon boat is immaculate. The entire cabin enclosure has been rebuilt with foam core laminated fiberglass panels that will not rot or mildew. There is a lockable room with a chemical toilet. This boat was constructed with an aluminum plank floor. You will never have the expense of replacing a rotting plywood floor. The upper sundeck has a one piece rubber membrane roof covering with carpet on top for sunbathing. There are two styles of canvas covers included. Camper enclosure and a full front mooring cover. This boat is better than new with an updated electrical system with over $550 in batteries. You can watch the TV, run lights and stereo all day and still have plenty of reserve power. For a great fishing boat, the front aluminum bows can be removed. Remove one wing nut per side and the bows can taken off and stored on the sundeck giving you an open deck for casting. There are many features on this boat with too many upgrades to list here. It spends 8 months out of the year stored in a rodent free building. There is an electric powered all aluminum hoist that is for sale too. It works great with this boat and keeps it completely out of the water with no buildup. A custom twin axle trailer with built in boarding ladder goes with this boat. It's easy to take this boat to your favorite destination, The trailer has surge breaks on all 4 wheels. This is a great boat for the 1000 Islands or Erie Canal. The guides on the trailer makes launching very easy. On a calm day I can launch and load this boat by myself.
