I have a awesome boat for sale, I just had the outdrive fully serviced and a new shift cable, gimble bearing and all the hoses & gaskets replaced, it also comes with a stainless steal prop! The engine is a Mercruiser 350 magnum and it is a beast! The trailer is an EZ Loader and can handle up to a 25' boat it is in great shape and I have paper work for all. This boat is a Wellcraft, very high quality and can handle rough water with no problem, a great day boat! Now for the not so good, the rear engine hatch or seat or sunpad, the wood holding the cushion needs to be replaced but it has nothing to do with the running of the boat, it is cosmetic. 1987 Boston Whaler 13' Super Sport Boat Good shape overall, some typical crazing in the gel coat. Nice cushions. Wood is in decent shape, was redone but it wasn't professional job. Boat is bottom painted. EZ Loader trailer with swing tongue. Stainless steel bow rails. Engine runs fine. Carbs were rebuilt this year. Compression is great 140, 135 psi. VRO is disconnected and it is setup for mixed gas/oil. Navigation lights are not operational and no stern light or switch is included. I am the second owner of this fantastic boat. We have just outgrown it. We have used this boat from everywhere to Lake Tarpon, to Tampa Bay, to the Florida Keys snorkeling. Its not once in 4 years of us owning it left me needing our BoatUS towing (knock on wood). Its 18', cruises at about 40mph, has plenty of storage. a non skid deck to make for a super easy clean up, a CD/USB/Radio with waterproof 4 speaker system, and a swim ladder which came in handy when we use it for scalloping. I cant state enough what a great all around boat this has been. We are starting to shop larger fishing boats so its time to move on. You wont be disappointed in this boat. It has average wear for a 14 year old boat.

This is one of the most durable and versatile boats made. This Boston Whaler Montauk 17 is a carefully refurbished, low hour, well maintained boat we have owned for 23 years, as the second owner. This boat has very few hours and spent most of it's life in storage in our climate controlled building. Since it was only used a few hours per year, it was in a perpetual state of maintenance with very lite seasonal use keeping everything exercised. The boat and motor have been one of the best pieces of equipment we have owned. The Boston Whaler quality, and the dependable and smooth Yamaha, are a delight to own and operate. The boat is powered by a Yamaha 90 ETF 90 Horse Power Outboard with: Oil Injection, Electronic Choke, and, Power Trim & Tilt. This motor always starts immediately and runs very smoothly. With the exception of one of the coils needing to be replaced a few years ago, we have never had a problem with the boat or motor in the years we have owned it. Maintenance is part of the reason for this but we are beginning with high quality products in Whaler and Yamaha. The boat features a recently installed, genuine Boston Whaler stainless steel Bimini Sun Top, with Wm. J. Mills & Co. Canvas Top and Boot. This top is super easy to operate. The Sunbrella canvas material is UV resistant and it stays bright blue. The top stows out of the way in seconds. We installed a Impulse 2800 Plus, LORAN & Fishfinder with a Shakespeare Antenna with rail mount, a UNIDEN LTD Marine Radio with a RailFast Antenna and rail mount, a FISH-ON Trolling plate, although we never trolled with the boat more than a few hours, and a OPTIMA Dual Terminal Gel Cell BLUE TOP Marine Battery with 800CCA/980CA, a 1.5 Amp Fully Automatic Onboard Battery Charger / Maintainer, and a attwood Automatic Bilge Pump, in the rear sump well. Includes 2 Fuel Tanks, removable, secured. Included are 2 Downriggers and quick attach / detach hardware for mounting. Also included is a Custom Mooring Cover and a 1988 EZ Loader float on style bunk trailer. The bearings and electrical on the trailer have been maintained annually. The trailer is in need of a paint touch up or repaint. We purchased this Whaler in 1993 and have all of the original: build sheet packing list, paperwork, books, and, manuals, and original bill of sale. The boat has been in fresh water only, and when not in use, stored in a climate controlled building its entire life, with annual factory maintenance procedures, and proper summerizing and winterizing procedures each season. The outdrive oil was always changed each season. The boat has had one summer in the water since a total refurbishing where all of the teak was removed from the boat, completely stripped, cleaned, and refinished with 3 coats of Z Spar S120 Clear Wood Sealer. Care was taken to ensure the teak was properly reinstalled. At this same time the entire front Cushioned Cooler Seat cushion and upholstery was replaced with an ultra UV resistant marine set, the cooler seat drain, hinges, and latch assembly were replaced, and the Padded Leaning Post Seat entire frame, cushion and upholstery was replaced with an ultra UV resistant marine set. At this same time the dual under seat metal gas tank fitting gaskets and filters were replaced, the under seat fuel tank holder mats and tank tie downs were replaced, the entire fuel line assembly was replaced from the tanks to the motor, including new factory fitting, primer bulb, hose, clamps, etc. The spark plugs were replaced, the motor fuel filter was replaced, the entire fibreglass surface was cleaned with Colinite Boat Cleaner and two coats of Colinite Boat Wax was applied. At this same time the bottom of the boat was painted with Interlux Fiberglass BottomKote. As is done annually, the gear oil was replaced and full annual maintenance as specific by Boston Whaler and Yamaha, was completed. Nice family boat for tubing etc. Engine is FWC merc 170 I/O . It uses a heat exchanger with antifreeze, these motors last a long time. I have installed a new trim pump and water impeller as well as a new battery.The bottom has never been painted and has no damage.Trailer is included. 1984 Steigercraft 18’ Fishing Boat with Center Console, Outboard Motor & Trailer This offer is for 3 items; the boat, the trailer and the outboard motor. All realistic offers will be considered. Note: This boat is not for the beginner or novice boat owner! NO Bartering - I want to sell ONLY!!! Absolutely No Bids from outside of the Continental USA. The boat is a 1984 Steigercraft 18 ft Fishing Boat with center console. Included is an Evinrude 88 HP Outboard Motor and an EZ Loader Trailer. The fiberglass reinforced plywood deck is in need of repair. The wood, which is not visible is located under the deck and is what needs replacing. This was the last year wood was used for decks by Steigercraft. The bottom of the boat has never been painted. There are lights on the trailer. The 1997 Evinrude 88 Special, 90 HP Engine, Outboard Motor engine was running when the boat was last used. The motor has not been started and cannot be started because it was winterized and if I start it, I would have to again re-winterize it. In response to a question I received since posting this item, as to what is in the bow; if you take a look at the pictures on my listing, you can see the following: the bow rail which is attached to the fiberglass platform. This platform is about 30 inches deep. Underneath that is a space which appears in the photo as a dark area, this is about 1 foot of space between the platform and the anchor box which is about 10 inches higher than the deck and it has a door to the anchor storage area. We have always used this as a seat to weight the boat but it is not padded and we would put multiple towels to cushion. The anchor storage can hold upwards of 800 feet of 1/2 inch rope. I would like to add that if you are going to check out any pricing web sites, keep this in mind: the boats that are listed on these sites is stripped down to the boat only, no extras. I have extras on my boat; stainless steel rail, deluxe console, cleat package, stainless steel rod holders, the estimate for the trailer and the motor have to be evaluated separately, then added to the boat estimate. These sites do not take into consideration the 3 item package. I have more pictures - I will send them to you. If you still need more you will have to be specific as to what else you want me to photograph. I have no problem sending as many pictures as you would like to see. Please let me know what you want to see more of. I can send 5 pictures at one time in a message response. My reasoning is that I will not pay extra to Ebay to post pictures. I strongly suggest that you view the boat prior to making any monetary offers. Thank you for looking! I am going to include questions and answers, so they are not duplicated. Question #1 When was the motor winterized or when was it last run? Answer #1 About three years. Question #2 What do you mean that the engine has been winterized? Has it been flushed of gas and marine ethanol stabilizer been added to the fuel tank and lines? What does it cost to have it re-winterized? I asking because it is key to know whether or not the engine runs. Also does it leak at all or has the deck damage been done because its not covered? Finally does it have a clean title? Answer #2 Winterizing is when all the gas is removed by running it, till the engine stops. Then the spark plugs are removed and the engine is sprayed with a lubricant and oil mixture. Then the spark plugs are loosely returned to their holes and the engine is manually turned a few times and left alone so the oil is distributed to all parts of the cylinders. There is no fuel tank, I have three 6 Gallon gas tanks. I am NOT starting it up - but it would cost about $150.00 if it was to be done. Next - part of your question regarding the deck - it is in need of replacement due to the age of the boat. These things wear out. Very clean 2001 Glastron GX205SF V8 5.0GL. The boats interior and exterior are both in excellent condition. This boat is in the nicest condition you will find for a 2001. The interior has no tears in the seats it has been really well maintained. The boat fits 10 people or 1017lbs. Tilt wheel! The Ski Fish (converts from Ski to Fish) boat comes with a Minnkota Maxxum 24V 80lbs. thrust, cable steer trolling motor, Eagle fish elite 502 depth finder, the bow platform converts from upfront seating into casting platform with removable pedestal seat. The sun deck also converts, it has removable cushions to make a casting deck with live wells. It has a full camper top with side curtains. The boat has a Clarion stereo system with CD player. It has a mooring cover or travel cover. The engine and out drive are Volvo Penta 5.0 SX drive. All oils have been changed, new water pump impeller. It is solid mechanically with good compression, it has been very well maintained. The boat comes with a custom EZ Loader trailer, with chrome wheels, brakes, spare tire, and working bearing and lights. You can read all information on the sticker of the trailer. There are little chips and small amount of service rust on the trailer. Tires are in decent shape. We offer a 60 Day in house warranty to local customers, all oils have been changed, new water pump.
