One owner. No engine. Major renovations to bring boat to better condition than when it left factory. No damage/cracks/spiders/'soft spots'. Totally renovated, upgraded and improved recently & over the years with over $12k in accessories, including: integrated 4' fiberglass, molded-in pulpit with stainless anchor roller and flush cleat; Fortress anchor, chain and rode; Bennett trim tabs; Taco stainless raised handrails for safer passage to bow; Taco Flex vinyl rub rails replaced original aluminum; Simpson/Lawrence electrical windlass; remote controlled bow spotlight; electric panels & Teleflex gauges; Atlantic Towers radar arch with 4 gold rocket launchers and flood lights for cockpit (2) and bow (2); Sunbrella full canvas enclosure, including zip door; stainless fittings throughout, including Perko rod holders with flip-up caps (4) and new cleats (6); 40 gallon, in-hull live well with controls for bubbler, Shurflow pump for in-flow and out-flow of sea water and valves for use as freshwater shower when needed; Shurflow pump for saltwater wash-down; Rule & Atwood bilge pumps; Perko battery switches (3) for 2 battery system; shore power with battery charger; Extensive vinyl cockpit coverings with teak trim; vinyl bolsters on gunwales; Interlux Brightside Polyurethane paint on deck (3 coats), transom (3 coats), and cabin top and gunwales (2 coats). Petitt Bilge paint - 3 coats. Aluminum fuel tank was pulled, inspected & found flawless. Ethanol was never used on this boat - never any leaks. Tank is full of old fuel. I will have it removed if you desire. Navigation equipment is integrated and includes: Furuno 1621 Mark 2 Radar; Furnuno RP - 110L Radar Plotter; Furuno LS 6000 LCD Video Sounder; Garmin 126/128 GPS; Standard Horizon DS 30 Depth Sounder; and Standard Horizon VHF Radio. The OMC I/O and 5.7 liter GM engine were pulled, the plywood in the transom was removed (it was rotting out), the fiberglass was sanded, the large I/O hole was fiberglassed over, a new interior fiberglass lining was fabricated and installed and the Seacast transom system was poured between the outer liner and new inner liner to create a 2+ inch, solid and strong new transom (See www.transomrepair.net for Seacast system). "Soft spots' in engine box cover and removable deck panel around live-well were repaired by removing damaged wood core, replacing with marine plywood and fiberglassing over plywood (on underside of panels). Sale also includes 4 boat jack stands and blocking as shown in photos. Nothing was overlooked during these renovations and, as can be seen from the photos, she came out beautifully. She is now ready for installation of a new I/O and engine, or an outboard bracket & an outboard motor to turn her into a totally new boat. This work was a "Labor of Love", but family health issues make it apparent that it will get little use unless sold to serious boater.
