The systems will need to be checked for proper operation. The vinyl seating is mostly intact, but a few seams are loose. There is a doublewide helm/aft-facing seat that converts into a sun pad. A roomy sun lounge is opposite the helm, and there's a removable bench seat at the transom. According to the seller, all mechanical and operational systems function as intended. The blue hull shows considerable oxidation and is due for a good buff and wax. In the cockpit, all soft goods (upholstery and canvas) show considerable wear with stains, and seam separations readily evident. Please note also that the port side of the windshield is missing completely. Hull appears solid and no soft spots were noted during a walk of the cockpit and cabin roof. This 2008 Chaparral 250 Signature is a spacious and versatile family cruiser that needs a little "love", but is ready for a new home. As you step in this boat, you are welcomed by an open area with a sink and cooler storage underneath, and a 2 bench dinette area. The table can be removed and you will have 2 large benches to enjoy the ride. The bench on the transom can actually fold if you need more space in this area. Midship, you have a companion lounge on the port side, and the helm on the starboard side. All of the controls and gauges are easy to reach. From there, you have a nice view all around the vessel. Below, lots of headroom and space to move around are welcome features of a boat of this size. A convertible dinette/ V-berth has lots of storage all around. Mid cabin, you have your enclosed head on the starboard side and the galley on the port side. Appliances included are microwave and refrigerator. There is also a sink and lots of storage here. Aft there is a full beam mid-berth - the most comfortable berth in the house. This one has the Volvo Penta 5.7L 280HP OSi engine and the Volvo Penta XDP-B 1.96 outdrive. Overall a great family boat!!
