I JUST REMOVED IT FROM THE BOAT (1983 26' SEARAY W/ 454 ci BIG BLOCK) MANIFOLDS WENT BAD & I THINK I SIEZED THE MOTOR. I REPOWERED IN 1998/1999 WITH NEW MOTOR & OUTDRIVE. HOURS METER WAS INSTALLED AT THIS TIME. PROPS ARE NOT INCLUDED UNLESS YOU PURCHASE OUTDRIVE AT FULL "BUY IT NOW" PRICE OF $3,195. THESE STAINLES F2 PROPS RETAIL AT OVER $1200. This is a 1994 Larson 174 SEI runabout powered by a 4.3L Volvo Penta duo prop. The boat is 17’ in length, has a 7’6” beam, weighs 1500 lbs, and has a capacity of 8 persons. The boat features a full gauge package including volt, engine temperature, oil pressure, speedometer, tachometer, fuel, and trim, horn, bilge pump, navigation lights, blower, 4 stainless steel cleats, ski-tow hook, 2 step boarding ladder, in-floor ski locker, 6 drink holders, bimini top, stereo, and fish finder. The ShoreLand’r roller trailer is also included and has 13 inch tires, a tongue jack, and a spare. The boat is in average condition for the year; the hull is solid and has some scratches and scuffs. Some of the interior has been recovered and the driver and passenger seats are cracking. The main floor is solid and 1 floor panel has been re-carpeted and replaced. Under the rear bench the floor is soft. The engine starts and runs well and the drive shifts into forward and reverse. The trailer is solid, the bearings have been greased and the lights are operational. The boat and trailer have a clear title. Michigan 6% sales tax is due regardless of state of residency. This rare 220 is in excellent condition top to bottom and it shows. It is loaded up with factory options as well as some custom options that you will not see on another Cobalt 220 anywhere. I have included 50+ pictures all taken this past weekend on Lake Michigan. You will have to double scroll at the right to see all the pictures or it will cut off. This Cobalt is a true cross between Luxury and Performance with seating capacity for 11. It is equipped with the upgraded 5.7L Volov Penta Gxi 325hp motor ($5925 upgrade) and a VolvoPenta DuoProp setup. (Dual Stainless Steel Propellers). Overall it is 24' long with the extended swim platform. ($2482 option) The Beam is 8'6" Sitting on the trailer the total length is 27' 3" This Cobalt has very low hours at 257 and it shows throughout. We are the second owners of this gorgeous freshwater boat. We have taken excellent care of this boat, wiping is down each time out of the water. Since owning, it has always been garage kept and stored in an indoor heated facility during the winter months. It has been professionally winterized/summerized each season. Fluids, impeller, battery and trailer tires were all done late this spring. The interior shows near-new and the gel shines like day one. There is zero oxidation on this boat. The sides are like mirrors. This 220 performs like no other boat I have owned. It navigates choppy waters like Lake Michigan with ease, tracks precisely at any speed and has the power and torque to pull multiple wakeboarders/skiers/tubers out of the water effortlessly. With the upgraded 5.7L 325 hp engine it will run to 55+ MPH in strong fashion. This 220 is also equipped with a Factory Cobalt Stainless Sunbrella Bimini Top- See Pics. ($1508 option). It also has the gorgeous Stainless Steel Docking Lights option. ($1080 upgrade). This 220 also has some custom add on options you will not find on another 220. It has all-custom made Faux Teak padding on the ENTIRE rear deck, extended-swim platform, rear step, wet locker, walkthrough, and step-in on the boat. It was custom made, cut and installed with custom Cobalt logo designed into the swim platform. It is stain resistant and soft as cotton. It is an anti-slip surface and grips bare feet/shoes when wet. It is great to lay-on, eliminates slipping and looks amazing. This is the same decking you will find on brand new high end large vessels and yachts. This was a $1600 custom add on that was done this past Season.. See pictures below. This 220 also has a pair of underwater Blue LED Puck lights below the rear extended swim platform. However, we have upgraded to a 39' Carver and she must go to a new owner. NEW BEGINNINGS! was repowered with a Michigan Motorz 5.7 complete engine with a Holley 650 CFM carb. Manifolds and risers replaced spring of 2015. Outdrive is a Volvo-Penta 280 with a 290 Duoprop lower unit assembled, purchased from and checked by Rick E. of the Bayliner's Owners Forum. Gear lube always been clear and changed as needed. Running B2 props, also new in May 2015. Engine has 240 hours and runs like a champ. Gets on plane at 3100 RPMS. Cruises easily at 3300 at approx. 19KTS. Cruising consumption in 12 GPH. Just don't let the secondary's open! Then you can be up around 20 to 21 as she effortlessly picks up speed. new trim tab power pack and actuators. The interior is in spotless condition with NO excuses!
