In Spring of 2023 the seller did a full service with oil and filter changes plus replaced the water and bulge pumps, and the batteries. The boat starts right up and runs great per the seller. The seller estimates there are about 300 hours on the engine. In October of 2023 the seller spent $2,600 on trailer tires, wheels and bearings, and power steering pump belts tensioners . This Chaparral 277 SSX has very low hours of use and is stored out of the water on its trailer when not in use. The gel coat had good reflection and showed some surface scratches from docking and fenders. The stainless steel fittings, bimini shade, and snap-on covers looked excellent. The upholstery was intact throughout and had good color except for faint discoloration on the aft sunpad and seat back, see photos. The bilge, storage bays, and engine compartment were all extremely clean and well-kept. The tandem-axle aluminum trailer is a 2023 Magic Tilt model. The tires appeared original and had deep treads.
