1984 Watkins 25, 1984 Watkins 25 with Yanmar diesel engine and 1997 galvanized tandem axle trailer. Pressure water system with sinks in galley and head. Shower. 30" draft fixed keel ( no swing keel problems). 5'11" headroom ( no pop top). Ready to cruise today. Was last out on 5 day trip in May 2016, NOT a project. Engine has NEW cylinder head, water pump, stainless steel mixing elbow, thermostat, filters and oil, RUNS GREAT. Burns a quart of diesel per hour at 6 knots (24 MPG under power!). Delta fast-set and Danforth anchors with chain rode. Solar panels, 2 house batteries and start battery. 4 NEW tires on trailer. Dinghy Davits. 2 sets of sails, never used new halyard. Electric gin pole to raise mast & trailer launch system to use regular boat ramps. I love this boat. Hate to sell, health issues. See Watkinsowners website for a wealth of information on these little known wonderful boats. While this boat could go to the Caribbean today, it does need anti fouling bottom paint. For Sale 2003 StarCraft Nexstar 1810 Open Bow 4.3 220hp V6. The boat is the nicest cleanest boat you will find for the price hand down, even comes with 1 year engine warranty. The boat is a 1-owner from Iowa. The boat has never in its life spent a night outside or was never used without having a full detail after every use and it shows. The boat looks cleaner that a 2013 boat. If you are a serious buyer and make the trip to see it you will going home with it. I purchased the boat this past fall from the original owner who did not get it winterized in time and the cold weather cracked the engine block. I removed the complete engine and brought it to Mike at Watkins engines, he than got a new block and completely rebuilt the engine to factory specs. All engines he does carry a 1 year full engine warranty. if you compare this boat to others of the same size you will not believe the quality of the seating and features that this boat goes above and beyond with. Like the comfort of the bucket seating and the deep hull. The boat also comes with the factory storage cover, a snap on bow cover and the factory Bimini top. The boat does not have a hour gauge on it but from the looks it is extremely low. The trailer is in like new condition also. The boat needs nothing it is water ready. Where else can you find a boat in this condition with warranty for this price? Titles are in hand and in my name with current registration. Call email or Text anytime. Thanks Chris 507-227-8998 Sorry for the dirty carpet in the picture. I did not want to shampoo until the dealer finished with it. The carpet in now cleaned and PERFECT!!!! I just got it back from the local Mercruiser dealer, they went thru the boat to make sure it was all water ready. They noticed the carb was sticky so they installed a Mercruiser rebuild kit and set the factory timing. And with all fluids and check over the bill was just under $700, to be sure the boat is perfect.
