This 1989 Wellcraft Coastal is a no frills and experienced fishing vessel. Twin Yamaha 300 HP 2-stoke outboards. the engines were recently serviced including new spark plugs, lower unit service, new seals Also new bilge pump and battery. Stock #352434 1989 WELLCRAFT COASTAL 2800 walkaround with twin Yamaha 300 HP engines! This 1989 Wellcraft Coastal 2800 is a versatile no frills fishing boat. She was previously re-powered with twin Yamaha HPDI 300 HP 2-stoke outboards. The engines were recently serviced including new spark plugs, lower unit service, new seals Also new bilge pump and battery. There is damage to the bimini top frame on the port side that can be seen in the photos. Built on a solid fiberglass hull with a relatively wide 9-foot, 11-inch beam, the chief attribute of the 2800 Coastal (aside from an affordable price) remains her practical, space-efficient layout. Two in-deck fish boxes, fresh and raw water washdowns, and a transom door were standard in the large cockpit. The interior of the 2800 Coastal, with its convertible dinette, enclosed head with shower, compact galley, and forward V-berth (the galley sink does not function) is larger than expected considering her roomy cockpit and wide side decks.

All systems are reported to be in working order, per the seller. The boat hit a submerged dead head and the port strut was bent. The seller had a repair estimate performed and the repair will cost approximately $1,700. The boat is being sold "as is". See picture of the bent strut at the end of the photos. The seller purchased this vessel last year to add to their fleet of tow boats but due to the fuel tank location, it is not suited to tow. The cabin headliner has some staining. The teak is worn. Of course, we always recommend that any buyer inspect the unit or have it inspected independently to verify the condition of the unit before making an "as is" purchase. At the helm is a full gauge package, VHF radio, GPS and bimini top with isinglass. Reason for selling is not using it anymore.

1986 Wellcraft Coastal 2800 This Wellcraft Coastal 2800 is located in Rhode Island This Wellcraft has 2 new FWC twin Crusader 360's with 0 (that's zero) hours on them sitting on the aft deck waiting to be installed. In fact the entire boat has been refitted and she only has 225 hours of use on her. Introduced in 1986, the Coastal 2800 was the second in the series.
