Normal 0 false false false EN-US JA X-NONE Up for consideration is a very good condition 1994 22-foot Wellcraft Scarab Power Boat. Specifications: 350 Magnum Mercruiser engine, Alpha One outdrive that shows very little wear. Stainless steel prop and extra Laser II prop. Silent choice exhaust. Original marine stereo/radio/ and weather alert with four speakers – working condition. Mooring cover along with a complete canvas cover although this boat has always been stored inside. Never left in the water more than overnight. Sunbrella Aftermarket Bimini top. Eagle Spirit tandem axel bunk trailer with wire wheel covers and newer tires. 1-year old battery. There is some rust on the trailer and the Dico 60 hitch and trailer brakes may need to be serviced, otherwise its still in good hauling condition. Additional Information: This boat is in very good condition both inside and out. The interior is original with only two (less than a quarter size in diameter) flaws that were there when we purchased it 9 years ago from a private seller. (See pictures.) The exterior has had the sticker graphics removed as they had begun to fade and then a white Emron paint was applied. No new graphics have been applied so it’s a clean canvas for someone else to custom design. All original carpet is in very good condition. However the carpet in the engine storage compartments does have some spots where we store tools, spare prop, etc. Some life jackets, anchors and bumpers & rope will be included in the sale. This boat has only been run in fresh water, appropriately winterized and stored indoors. Starts and runs like a champ (upwards of 60 MPH) & sounds great especially with the dual exhaust open. Twin 454’s, 425 HP, custom cam shafts by Tyler Crockett. Pretty much everything on this boat has been redone or replaced since I bought it in 2007. Both engines, transmissions and drives totally gone through. Custom hull graphics, Gil exhaust with removable mufflers, new batteries, new 3 bank battery charger, new AutoMeter Marine gauges, new Norcold refrigerator (12v/110v), new pressure water system. New cabin cushions, new exterior upholstery, new VHF radio and antenna, new steering wheel, 5" lighted Ritchie compass with new dome just installed. New Sony stereo with remote on helm with 2 -5in (in cabin), 2- 10in subs, 2- 5in and 2- 6X9’s. 450 watt amp for 6 X 9’s and 950 watt amp for the subs with remote for the amp on the helm. Runs perfect and strong. No damage. Never sat in water. First owner had it 15 years and I for 3 years. Original graphics. New custom Bimini and full camper canvas enclosure that I had made. Has new travel cover. Snap on cockpit cover and snap in carpet in cockpit. Interior and seats are excellent. 100 gallon fuel. Aluminum dual axle trailer with surge brakes both axles. Just serviced brakes and new master cylinder. Goodyear Marathons put on 3 years ago spare never used. Boat runs great and cruises easily at 40 and can get to at least 63 GPS and I never really tried to see if it would exceed that. I am not a top end guy. Mostly used on Lake Michigan. New water pumps installed when I bought it and had new plugs put in both motors along with compression checks that were all good. Through hull captains call exhaust. 1984 Wellcraft Nova II 26ft. Scarab type boat. Boat has twin Mercruiser 250HP 5.7 engines. Both engines were replaced in 2005, total hours on engines is 230, boat was in storage from 2009 to 2013 when I purchased it. The drives are Alpha 1, upper housings are from 1989 lower housings are new from mercruiser.In 2013-2014 winter season both engines were removed, gimbal housing were both replace (including all parts: drive boot, shift cable and boot, exhaust boot, gimbal bearing, trim sender and trim limit switched, mount bolts, and water hose and thru hull tube) Both exhaust Y pipes were replaced. Both engines have full tune-ups, wires, cap, rotor, plugs, high output coils, filters and oil. SS thermostat housings were installed, new circulator water pumps, new serpentine belts, both carburetors were rebuilt, all four exhaust manifolds and risers were replaced. Drive bottles and fitting were added. I also added shift assist pistons and brackets to both engines. Starboard drive upper housing was resealed, lower gear housing and gears were replaced as an assembly from mercruiser (brand new lower unit). Port drive upper was resealed and lower drive assembly was replaced with a brand new counter rotating drive from mercruiser. Props are SS 19 inch pitch, engines max out at 4600 rpm. All four drive trim cylinders were replaced with rebuilt late model cylinders that provide an extra 2 deg. down to keep boat bow down on start up. All external trim hoses were replaced. Boat has twin cylinder Bennet trim planes with position gauges. Cabin is all cushions, with small sink and fresh water (currently pump is inop), and ice box. Boat has a stereo and four speakers with remote control, Garmin 188c GPS. Bilge pump and switch just replaced, twin batteries were installed in 2013. I'm selling because I have no time to use the boat due new job, and my son has moved on to other interests. I've worked in Marinas for 50 years and have been trained on and worked on mercruiser engines and drives for 40 of those years. Only the best parts were used on everything.
